#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

The Chainsmokers/Halsey - Closer (6 of 8 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

Portugal. The Man - Feel It Still (+10) has jumped back in the Top 20. I'm very pleased to see it make its comeback. Let's see if it can get back in the Top 5 soon.
Sam Hunt - Body Like A Back Road (-11) is out of the Top 30. It's starting to grow out of me. I would put this song in pink anytime soon.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

The Shadowboxers - Hot Damn: They put their first song on the countdown this week. I have never heard of them before this song. I love the vocals in this one. I think it's going to do poorly on the countdown because no one has ever heard of them, but we'll see how far it gets.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Taylor Swift - ...Ready For It?: It debuted the Top 5 here. My opinion of this song is that it's basically Shake It Off 2.0. I feel like this song might be the Closer of 2017. Let's hope it gets to #1 soon.
4. Halsey - Bad At Love: Moving up 1 spot in the Top 5. It's almost at the top. I'd better hope it gets to the top spot anytime soon.
3. Ed Sheeran - Perfect: It re-entered the Top 5 this week. I was very pleased to see that. It needs to hit #1 next week. Let's see if it does.
2. Imagine Dragons - Thunder: It's getting close to the top. It would be interesting if I see it go back to the top spot. Let's see if it does anytime soon.
1. P!nk - What About Us: I was pleased to see it at the top. Her last #1 song on the countdown was back in 2013 with her hit, Just Give Me A Reason featuring Nate Ruess. This song is now at the top. Let's see how long it can take to hold the spot.

Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:

1. Sofi Tukker/NERVO/The Knocks/Alisa Ueno - Best Friend
2. Fall Out Boy - Hold Me Tight Or Don't (DEBUT)
3. Macklemore/Kesha - Good Old Days
4. Selena Gomez/Marshmello - Wolves
5. Harry Styles - Kiwi
6. P!nk/Eminem - Revenge
7. Walk The Moon - One Foot

10. Post Malone/21 Savage - Rockstar
11. X Ambassadors - Ahead Of Myself
12. Bruno Mars - Chunky
13. Imagine Dragons - Whatever It Takes
14. Nick Jonas - Find You

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Fall Out Boy - Hold Me Tight Or Don't: It's not as good as Champion, but it's great. I love the vocals and the production in this song. Let's see if it'll make the countdown soon.
