Ed Sheeran (1) Week Of December 23, 2017

We finally have a new awesome song at #1 this week. I was very pleased about that. Also, some of our exits this week are full of songs that did poorly on this countdown, which I'm not too thrilled to see. But this week's countdown is still awesome. #1 Song This Week One Year Ago;

Hailee Steinfeld/Grey/Zedd - Starving (2 of 4 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

Macklemore/Kesha - Good Old Days (+11) has made a nice jump to the Top 30 this week. That was the best week ever for them.
Demi Lovato - Sorry Not Sorry (-19) has finally dropped all the way out of the Top 20 from the Top 10. Thank you, voters! I was very pleased to see that drop. Let's see if it'll get out of the Top 30 next week.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Walk The Moon - One Foot: I heard it a lot on Alt Nation. This song is just a step up from Shut Up And Dance. The vocals in this one are so awesome. Since this song was on Hit Bound for a long time, it's going to do poorly on this countdown. But we'll see how far it gets.

Liam Payne - Bedroom Floor: I could say that this song is better than Strip That Down. Liam's falsetto in the chorus is so great. That's all I should say about this song. This song was even on Hit Bound for a long time. That means it's also going to do poorly on this countdown. But let's hope I'm wrong.

Louis Tomlinson - Miss You: This song is his best single that I've ever heard from him. It's definitely better than Just Like You. The production is so awesome, his vocals are great, and I love the chorus. I hope it does well on this countdown.

Eminem/Ed Sheeran - River: This song has failed to be on Hit Bound. Now, on to the song, Eminem nailed it in the verses and I enjoyed Ed Sheeran's chorus. With this song not being on Hit Bound, that means it's going to do awesome on this countdown. Let's see if it does.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Maroon 5/SZA - What Lovers Do: It re-entered the Top 5 this week. Let's see if it'll do great here and get to the top soon.
4. Halsey - Bad At Love: I actually don't want this song to drop out of the Top 5. I'd like this song to stay there for a little while longer. Let's hope it does.
3. Imagine Dragons - Thunder: Moving up 1 spot this week. Looks like it's about to be back at the top spot. Let's see if it'll get back at that spot anytime soon.
2. Camila Cabello - Havana: It dropped out of the top spot. This song needs to stay out of the top spot and leave the Top 5. Let's see if it does soon.
1. Ed Sheeran - Perfect: I was very pleased to see this song at the top. I'd like this song to stay here for long time. Let's see how long it can hold the spot.

Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:

1. Sofi Tukker/NERVO/The Knocks/Alisa Ueno - Best Friend
2. Fall Out Boy - Hold Me Tight Or Don't
3. Spencer - Whatever
4. NF - Let You Down (DEBUT)
5. Imagine Dragons - Whatever It Takes
6. Taylor Swift/Ed Sheeran/Future - End Game
7. AJR/Rivers Cuomo - Sober Up
8. P!nk - Beautiful Trauma
9. Alan Walker/Noah Cyrus/Digital Farm Animals - All Falls Down (DEBUT)
10. Clean Bandit/Julia Michaels - I Miss You
11. Wolves - Animal
12. G-Eazy/Halsey - Him & I (DEBUT)
13. Camila Cabello - Never Be The Same (DEBUT)
14. All Time Low - Last Young Renegade

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

NF - Let You Down: This song was mediocre. The vocals are pitchy, and the production is okay. There's nothing interesting about this song. However, my thoughts would change in a couple of more listens. And if my thoughts change, it'll either change from green or red. However, with those pitchy vocals in this song, it might change from red. But hopefully I'm wrong.

Alan Walker/Noah Cyrus/Digital Farm Animals - All Falls Down: Ugh. More Noah Cyrus. This song is just a piece of trash. The production is boring, and I hate her vocals. That's all I'm going to say about this one. This song is nowhere great for me. It better not debut the countdown.

G-Eazy/Halsey - Him & I: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. I love the production, G-Eazy did a great job on the verses and I love Halsey's vocals in the chorus. I think this song is going to make the countdown. Let's see if it does.

Camila Cabello - Never Be The Same: Of course, after Havana hit #1 last week, it now debuts Hit Bound. This song is definitely better than Havana. The production is so awesome and I love her vocals. I hope this one should make the countdown soon.
