100,000 Pageview Special: 2010's Billboard Hot 100 Decade End List

So my blog has now reached 100,000 pageviews. Again I really would like to thank everyone for reading all my posts and I'm super pleased that I made it that far. As for this very special post, I decided that I wanted to do a review of Billboard's Hot 100 Songs of the 2010's. Now, I have done a Billboard Hot 100 Year-End review back when my blog has reached 50,000 pageviews. But this time, it's going to be a Decade-End review. It's basically 100 songs from each year of the decade that were so popular and have done super amazing on there that were on this list. Now again, just like what I did with the Hits 1 Year-End review, I'm gonna go through the list, go over my opinions and thoughts on every song on this list and talk about how they did on the Hits 1 Weekend Countdown that year and stuff, and do a Top 100 review at the end to see how Billboard did with music that decade. Once again the total score will be 500, which I'm converting so that the score will be out of 100 and I'm going to calculate the percentage to see what grade they did. So without further ado, let's get to it! Here's the color-coding code for this list:

Purple = Best Song (5 Points)

Dark Blue = Song Is In My Top 5 (5 Points)

Green = Great (5 Points)

Blue = Good (4 Points)

Pink = Decent (3 Points)

Yellow = Mediocre (2 Points)

Turquoise = Bad (1 Point)

Red = Crap (0 Points)

Dark Red = Song Is In My Bottom 5 (0 Points)

Orange = Worst Song (0 Points)

Now, we're ready to get into Billboard's Hot 100 Songs of the 2010's. So, let's get right into it.

#100. The Lumineers - Ho Hey (2012) [5; Great]

This is absolutely an amazing song. Now, I've actually been hearing some of their other songs on Alt Nation, and I thought that they were amazing. And this song was definitely an example of one. For my opinion, the production was super outstanding, the vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and I really enjoyed that chorus. It has peaked at #2 on the weekend countdown, although this should've hit the top spot on there. But this is such an amazing and fun song for me to listen to.

#99. Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball (2013) [5; Great]

Oh yes, this is the Biggest Whiff Of 2013. It has peaked in the Top 10 on the Year-End list, and it didn't actually make Hits 1. Though I wish this would've made it on Hits 1, because this is another amazing song. But you know what? Not every song that peaked in the Top 10 on the Year-End list has to be on Hits 1. As for this song, the production here was amazing, Miley's vocals were so amazing, the lyrics were very amazing, the chorus was absolutely amazing, everything here was amazing. So yeah, this is such a fun song for me overall.

#98. Drake - In My Feelings (2018) [5; Great]

This song has been #1 for several weeks on there, and I'm super glad about that, because this is absolutely an amazing song and it's actually a step up from God's Plan. And this is actually one of the best songs off of Scorpion. As for my opinion, the production was so amazing, Drake's vocals were super cool, the lyrics were so outstanding, and I really love that chorus. Although this did not do so well on the weekend countdown like God's Plan did, but it actually did really well on other pop music charts. So yeah, this is such an outstanding song overall.

#97. Taio Cruz/Ludacris - Break Your Heart (2010) [5; Great]

This was actually his debut single. And what I've noticed is that before this song came out, I know that he actually wrote some of David Guetta's music, and I thought that he actually did an amazing job on that. And now, here he is making his first appearance on this list. As far as this song goes, it is definitely amazing. The production was absolutely amazing, Taio's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, the chorus was super amazing, and Ludacris's verse was absolutely phenomenal. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for one week, which I'm pleased about. So yeah, this is such an amazing song for me overall and I'm glad it managed to be on there.

#96. Desiigner - Panda (2016) [0; Crap]

Oh great. Here we go with the first rap song to appear on this list. And this was actually my worst song of the year if you probably don't know. This is absolutely a grating song. The production here was super egregious and I really hate that beat, this guy's rapping was absolutely grating, the lyrics were definitely a huge mess, and that chorus was so grating. So yeah, it's a grating song overall and I don't really know how it made it there. Let's move on.

#95. CeeLo Green - Fuck You (Forget You) (2011) [5; Great]

Yes, you see the title in the parenthesis. That's what the song is actually called. As far as the song goes, it's actually amazing. The production here was super amazing, CeeLo's vocals were absolutely phenomenal, the lyrics were actually very nicely-written, and that chorus was heavenly. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 2 weeks, and I feel super happy about that. It's absolutely an amazing song for me overall and I'm glad it managed to be on there.

#94. Nicki Minaj - Super Bass (2011) [5; Great]

This is absolutely a phenomenal song and this is actually one of the best songs that I've ever heard from Pink Friday. It's definitely a step up from Moment 4 Life. Now, on to my opinion. The production was super phenomenal, Nicki's vocals were so heavenly especially when she was rapping in the verses, those lyrics were super amazing, and that chorus is what I really enjoyed. So yeah, it's a phenomenal song for me overall and I'm so pleased to see this song on there.

#93. Twenty One Pilots - Heathens (2016) [4; Good]

Yes, this is just a good song, but not great. Probably one of my least favorite songs from them, but I don't really hate this song. Though Tyler's vocals still sounded great here, but the beat here is actually decent and the rest of it was just good. So yeah, this is just a good song overall. I actually did enjoyed it back when it was on the countdown, but then I got sick of it and it has grown on me a little bit. It has hit #1 twice on the weekend countdown, which I'm actually good with. But other than that, I like it, but I don't love it.

#92. Drake - Hotline Bling (2015) [2; Mediocre]

This is definitely a mediocre song. Although this song was actually annoying, but it's not that bad. But there's nothing here that's interesting to say here. Though I really hate the production and the beat here, but Drake's vocals were actually awesome and I think the lyrics are still very nicely-written. But other than that, I think the chorus here was actually mediocre. So yeah, this is a mediocre song overall and I'm not sure how this was actually popular. But I'm okay with this song on there.

#91. Hozier - Take Me To Church (2014) [5; Great]

This is absolutely a phenomenal song and it has actually been on Alt Nation at the time it has gotten popular. As for my opinion, the production was absolutely phenomenal, his vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics are super nicely-written, and that chorus was so heavenly. It has peaked at #5 on the weekend countdown, which I'm actually great with. Although this should've gone further than that, but this was such a phenomenal song for me overall and I'm so pleased to see this song managing to be on there.

#90. Pitbull/Kesha - Timber (2014) [5; Great]

This was actually one of my favorite songs off of Global Warming: Meltdown. It's definitely another phenomenal song for me. For my opinion, the production was super amazing, Pitbull's rapping in the verses was absolutely phenomenal and he actually nailed them. And the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and Kesha's vocals in the chorus were so heavenly. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for a total of 9 weeks, 1 in 2013, and 8 in 2014. And I was pleased about that. It's absolutely a phenomenal song and I'm pleased that it's on there.

#89. Bebe Rexha/Florida Georgia Line - Meant To Be (2018) [5; Great]

This was absolutely an amazing country-pop song. I've been hearing this song a lot on The Highway. Now, there's actually two versions of this song. One is the official version where Tyler Hubbard had the first verse and pretty much the whole song, and then the other version is the radio version where lots of local FM pop radio stations play and where Bebe took over the first verse and then sing the first chorus with Tyler Hubbard on backup. To me, I think the radio version is better because I really love Bebe's vocals and she's such an extremely talented singer. But we're actually going to talk about the official version because that's the version that they played a lot. As for my opinion, the production was so outstanding, Tyler Hubbard's vocals in the first verse were actually amazing, and Bebe's vocals in the second verse were so phenomenal. But she actually didn't sing all of it because as she's singing, Tyler told her to hold up and told her that she's beautiful. And to me, I think that was actually so nice of him to say. But other than that, I really love how they both sing together in the chorus. So yeah, overall it's an amazing song. It has spent 1 week at #1 on the weekend countdown, and I was so pleased about that. And you probably remembered that post from a few years ago. And I'm so pleased that it managed to be on there.

#88. Jonas Brothers - Sucker (2019) [5; Great]

This is their big return. I know Nick has been releasing some solo singles and Joe has been with DNCE before they came back. And now, they're finally back together. As far as this song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. As for my opinion, the production here was amazing, the vocals were amazing, the lyrics were amazing, the chorus was amazing, everything on this song was amazing. It had the highest debut on the weekend countdown, debuting at #7 and it also broke the record for most weeks at #1, being at the top spot for 13 weeks. And I was actually surprised that it did it. It's such an amazing song overall and I'm glad it made it on there.

#87. Drake - Nice For What (2018) [5; Great]

This is absolutely another amazing song. And just like In My Feelings, it has spent several weeks at the top spot on there, which was so amazing. Now, for my opinion, the production here was so outstanding, Drake's vocals were so amazing, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and that chorus was super amazing. And this was also the Biggest Whiff Of 2018 because it actually ranked in the Top 10 on the Year-End list and never made Hits 1. Although I actually wish this would've been on there. But this was such an amazing song overall and I'm pleased to see it on there.

#86. Justin Bieber - What Do You Mean? (2015) [5; Great]

This is such an outstanding song. And I know he had a break for a couple years before this song was released. And now, here it is. For my opinion on this one, the production was so outstanding, Justin's vocals were super outstanding, those lyrics were so nicely-written, and that chorus was so fun. Although it actually did good on the weekend countdown as it peaked in the Top 20, which I'm okay with. I wish this would've gotten more further than that. But overall, this is an outstanding song and I'm glad to see it in there.

#85. Kelly Clarkson - Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) (2012) [5; Great]

This is definitely the best song that I've ever heard from her. It's absolutely an amazing song. As for this song, the production was super amazing, Kelly's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and wow that chorus was super heavenly. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 3 weeks, and I was so pleased about that. It's absolutely an amazing song overall and I'm glad to see it this far on there.

#84. Lady Gaga - Bad Romance (2010) [5; Great]

Though this song has actually reached it's peak back in late 2009, but it was actually on this list because it was actually still popular that year. As far as this song goes, it's absolutely an amazing song. For my opinion, the production was super outstanding, Gaga's vocals were so amazing, those lyrics were super interesting, and that chorus was super amazing. It also has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 1 week, and I was also pleased about that. It's definitely amazing and I'm glad that it actually managed to be in there.

#83. Omi - Cheerleader (2015) [5; Great]

This was actually his debut single. And back when I first started listening to this song, I have realized that he was another talented singer. And now, we have this song on there. He really had an amazing start in his career. As far as this song goes, it's definitely amazing. The production was so amazing, his vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and that chorus was super phenomenal. It has peaked at #3 on the weekend countdown, which I'm actually fine with. I actually wish that it would be at the top spot, but it didn't. But this is an amazing song overall and I'm pleased to see it this far on there.

#82. Justin Timberlake - Can't Stop The Feeling (2016) [5; Great]

This was actually the song that was taken from the soundtrack of the Dreamworks movie Trolls, which I've actually never seen recently. And I know a lot of people said that they'd call this "the song of the summer" because I know it has some summer vibes. As far as this song goes, it's definitely an amazing and fun song to listen to. The production was so amazing, Justin's vocals were absolutely amazing, the lyrics were definitely outstanding, and that chorus was so phenomenal. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 10 weeks, and I was so pleased about that. It's such an amazing song overall and I'm glad to see it ranked this high on there.

#81. Silento - Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae) (2015) [5; Great]

I know I actually hate rap/hip-hop music, but I actually do not hate all of them. Some of them were actually great songs, like this one. It's absolutely an amazing and fun song to listen to. As for this song, the production here was actually amazing, his vocals were absolutely amazing, the lyrics were very interesting, and that chorus was super fun. And this was actually one of the best hip-hop songs of the year, which I'm great with. It's such a fun song overall and I'm glad to see it rank this high on there.

#80. Cardi B. - Bodak Yellow (Money Moves) (2017) [0; Crap]

Oh god... her debut single has managed to be on this list?! This can't be, because I really hate her music so much. And this was absolutely the worst rap song that I've ever heard that year. And this was actually my second least favorite song of the year from which you all remembered. I actually gave this song a try on the first listen and then I've noticed that she has been such an extremely terrible rapper. Anyway, on to my opinion. The production is so egregious, her vocals were so annoying, those lyrics were absolutely grating, and that chorus was insanely awful. I really have no idea why this song managed to be on this list. This doesn't deserve to be on there. Let's move on, because I've had enough of this one.

#79. Post Malone/Ty Dolla $ign - Psycho (2018) [0; Crap]

Here we go again with another terrible artist. You guys have already known this, his music really sucks as well. He's definitely not a good artist either. And this was actually his worst song ever. And this was actually in my Bottom 10 Songs of the year from which you all remembered. Now, on to the song. The production was so bland and generic, Post's vocals are awful, the chorus here was so boring, and Dolla sounds egregious in his verse. It actually did great on the weekend countdown peaking at #7, and I wasn't good about that. At least it didn't go to the Top 5, which was great for me. But this was an awful song overall and I have no idea how it made it on there. NEXT!

#78. B.O.B./Hayley Williams - Airplanes (2010) [5; Great]

We finally have a much better song on there. As far as this song goes, it's definitely an outstanding song. For my opinion, the production here was so outstanding, B.O.B.'s rapping in the verses was super outstanding and I thought that he actually did a nice job on them, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and Hayley's vocals in the chorus were super amazing. There was also a Part 2 version of the song which features Eminem, and that version was also outstanding. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 2 weeks, and I'm so glad about that. It's definitely an outstanding song for me overall and I'm glad to see it on there.

#77. Maroon 5/Wiz Khalifa - Payphone (2012) [5; Great]

This is absolutely another amazing song and this was actually one of the best songs that I've ever heard from Overexposed. As for my opinion, the production was absolutely amazing, Adam's vocals were absolutely amazing, the lyrics were super interesting and they're very nicely-written, the chorus was so phenomenal, and Wiz's rapping in his verse was super amazing. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 3 weeks, which was so amazing. So yeah, this is an amazing song for me overall and I'm pleased to see it rank this high on there.

#76. Maroon 5 - Sugar (2015) [5; Great]

This is definitely a phenomenal song and it's definitely one of the best songs that I've ever heard from V. And this was actually a step up from Payphone. With my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Adam's vocals were so phenomenal, those lyrics are definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and that chorus was super phenomenal. This also has hit #1 on the weekend countdown, and it spent 2 weeks on there which I'm great with. So yeah, overall it's a phenomenal song and I'm pleased to see it ranking this high on there.

#75. Ariana Grande - Thank U, Next (2018) [0; Crap]

You know, I think she has been a really great singer, because she actually has been making a lot of amazing songs lately. But this song does not work for her. Though this is actually not my least favorite song from her, that would be Boyfriend with Social House. But this song really sucks. For my opinion, the production was bland and generic, Ariana's vocals were underwhelming, the lyrics really don't fit very well here, and that chorus was awkward and very unnecessary. It has peaked in the Top 5 on the weekend countdown, and I'm not cool with that. It's definitely a garbage song overall and I really have no idea why it made it on there. Let's move on.

#74. Magic! - Rude (2014) [5; Great]

This was definitely the best song that I've ever heard from them and this was actually their debut single. And I don't know if you guys know this, but this was actually one of my top songs of the year. It's such a heavenly song. As for my opinion, the production here was super phenomenal, the vocals were so heavenly, the lyrics were super nicely-written and definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and that chorus was super heavenly. It has peaked at #2 on the weekend countdown. Although this should've gotten to the top spot on there, but this is absolutely a heavenly song overall and I'm super pleased to see this song ranking this high on there.

#73. Katy Perry - Roar (2013) [5; Great]

What an outstanding song. Though this song wasn't as good as Unconditionally, but it's still outstanding. As for my opinion, the production here was super awesome, Katy's vocals were so outstanding, the lyrics were very interesting, and the chorus was super outstanding. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 7 weeks, and I was so glad about that. So yeah, this is absolutely an outstanding song for me overall and I'm so glad to see it rank this high on there.

#72. Post Malone - Better Now (2018) [0; Crap]

Another single from him making this list? Although this song wasn't as bad as Psycho, but it's still awful. As for my opinion. The production here is so lazy, boring, bland, and generic, Post's vocals were awful, and that chorus was so bad. Although I don't mind those lyrics, because I think they're still very nicely-written. So I'll still give credit to that. Though this song has peaked at #6 on the weekend countdown. Thank goodness it did not go to the Top 5. But this is another awful song for me overall and I'm not sure how this song got that high on there.

#71. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis/Ray Dalton - Can't Hold Us (2013) [5; Great]

This is definitely the best song that I've ever heard from this couple. And this was actually one of my top songs of the year from which you don't know. It's definitely a phenomenal song. As for my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Macklemore's rapping in the verses was super phenomenal, the lyrics were phenomenal, and Ray's vocals in the chorus were absolutely phenomenal. This has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 3 weeks, which was phenomenal. And it was actually on the countdown for almost a year. I actually wish this would've stayed in there for that long. But this is such a phenomenal song overall and I'm pleased to see it rank this high on there.

#70. Sam Smith - Stay With Me (2014) [5; Great]

Though this wasn't actually the first time that we've heard from him. Because you know, before this song came out, he has been collaborating with Naughty Boy on the song La La La, and he also collaborated with Disclosure on Latch, and those songs were definitely what I really enjoyed back then. And now, here he is with his first single. As far as the song goes, it's definitely outstanding. For my opinion, the production here was so outstanding, Sam's vocals were super outstanding, I'm a fan of those lyrics, and wow that chorus was so phenomenal. It has spent 2 weeks at #1 on the weekend countdown, which I'm super glad about. It's definitely an outstanding song overall and I'm super glad to see this song ranking this high on there.

#69. Ariana Grande - 7 Rings (2019) [5; Great]

Of course, I actually got sick of this song back when it was still on the weekend countdown and on the AT40. But then the song has grown on me. It's definitely an amazing song and it's definitely way better than Thank U, Next. The production was so amazing, Ariana's vocals were really good, the lyrics were so nice, and I really love that chorus. It has peaked at #4 on the weekend countdown, although this song should've been in the Top 3, but this is absolutely an amazing song overall and I'm pleased to see it ranking this high on there.

#68. Lady A - Need You Now (2010) [5; Great]

Yes, I know they were formerly known as Lady Antebellum, but now the name has been changed. And this was actually one of the biggest country songs of the decade. As far as the song goes, it's definitely outstanding. Though definitely not as good as Just A Kiss, but it's still outstanding. As for my opinion, the production was so outstanding, Hilary's vocals were absolutely amazing, Charles's vocals in the second verse were absolutely outstanding, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and that chorus was so amazing. It has hit #1 on the weekend countdown before, and I'm glad about that. It's definitely an outstanding country-pop song overall and I'm glad to see it making it on there.

#67. fun. - Some Nights (2012) [5; Great]

I also got sick of this song back when it was still on the countdown. But now the song has grown on me. As far as the song goes, it's definitely amazing. As for my opinion, the production here was so amazing and the beat here is very interesting, Nate's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and that chorus was super phenomenal. It hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 6 weeks, which was amazing. So yeah, overall it's an amazing song and I'm pleased that it managed to be on there.

#66. Sia/Sean Paul - Cheap Thrills (2016) [3; Decent]

This is just a decent song. There's nothing really interesting to say about this song. Though the production here sounded decent, but Sia's vocals still sound great here and I think the lyrics were still nicely-written. Though the chorus here sounded okay and I don't really like the kids saying "I love cheap thrills" in it. And Sean's vocals sounded okay in his verse. It has peaked at #2 on the weekend countdown, which I'm okay with. So yeah, this is a decent song overall and I'm okay with this song being on there.

#65. Taylor Swift - Blank Space (2014) [5; Great]

It also hit #1 for 6 weeks on the weekend countdown, 1 week in 2014, and 5 weeks in 2015. And I'm pleased about that. It's definitely a phenomenal song overall and I'm so pleased to see it rank this high on there.

#64. Post Malone - Wow. (2019) [0; Crap]

Here we go again with more of his music... although this song was actually a step up from Better Now, but it's still a bad song. As for my opinion, the production here was boring, Post's vocals were so bad, I'm not a fan of those lyrics, and that chorus was so awful. Though this song actually did okay on the countdown, but it did not reach the Top 20 on there, thank goodness. But this is definitely another awful song overall and I really have no idea why it managed to be on there.

#63. The Weeknd - Can't Feel My Face (2015) [5; Great]

This is absolutely another amazing song and it's actually a step up from Earned It. As for my opinion, the production here was absolutely amazing, Abel's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were amazing, the chorus was so amazing, everything on here was amazing. This has hit #1 on the weekend countdown for 1 week, which I'm great with. So yeah, it's such an amazing song overall and I'm pleased to see it rank this high on there.

#61. Billie Eilish - Bad Guy (2019) [3; Decent]

Yes, I know she really has been making decent music recently, mainly because of her voice which I'm not really huge on. And I've actually heard this song on Alt Nation back then and it was decent. Now, on to my opinion. The production sounded okay, Billie's vocals were decent, and the chorus was also decent. Though I don't mind the lyrics, I think they're still great. But this is a decent song overall. It has peaked in the Top 10 on the weekend countdown, which I'm fine with. But yeah, it's decent overall and I'm okay with this song being on there.

#60. Usher/will.i.am - OMG (2010) [5; Great]

This is absolutely another amazing song and this was actually one of the best songs that I've ever heard from Raymond v Raymond. As for this song, the production was super fun and super amazing, Usher's vocals were so amazing, will.i.am's vocals were absolutely amazing in his contribution, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and that chorus was super phenomenal. It has even spent one week at #1 on the weekend countdown, and I was so pleased about that. It's definitely an amazing song overall and I'm super glad to see it on there.

#59. Camila Cabello/Young Thug - Havana (2018) [0; Crap]

Of course, I know she really has been an extremely talented singer and she was my favorite Fifth Harmony member, because she really has been making lots of heavenly songs. But this song was definitely not the definition. The production was so boring, Camila's vocals do not sound good at all, the chorus was boring, and Young Thug has actually ruined the song with his verse. It has also spent one week at #1 on the weekend countdown, which I'm not cool with. Though Hits 1 did edit out Young Thug's verse, which was great. But even without him, it still doesn't sound good. So yeah, this is a boring song overall and I don't know why this song has managed to be in there. NEXT!

#58. The Chainsmokers/Daya - Don't Let Me Down (2016) [5; Great]

This is such an amazing EDM song. Although I know Andrew Taggart did not take on some vocals in this one, which is a bummer. But this is still an amazing song. As for my opinion, the production here was so amazing, Daya's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, the chorus was super amazing, and the drop was super phenomenal. #57. Avicii/Aloe Blacc - Wake Me Up (2013) [5; Great]

It's definitely a phenomenal song and this is definitely his best song ever. It's way better than his other songs. It was also in my Top 10 Songs of the year in which you didn't know. For my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Aloe's vocals were super phenomenal, those lyrics were very interesting, the chorus was absolutely heavenly, and the drop was super heavenly. It has spent 4 weeks at #1 on the weekend countdown, which I'm super pleased about. It's absolutely a phenomenal EDM song overall and I'm pleased to see it rank this high on there.

#56. Cardi B./Bad Bunny/J. Balvin - I Like It (2018) [0; Crap]

Oh gosh... here we go again with more of her music. Although this song wasn't as bad as Bodak Yellow, but it's still extremely garbage. It was even in my Bottom 10 Songs of the year from which you all remembered. As for this song, the production was lazy, bland and generic, Cardi's vocals were so awful, the chorus in this one was so bad and the background vocals saying, "I said I like it like that" sounded so horrible. And Bad Bunny and J. Balvin's verses were grating. Though Hits 1 actually did cut out their verses which was an amazing thing. But it's definitely still not good without them. ANOTHER RAP SONG ON THERE?????!!!!! No, this can't be! And of course, a lot of people say that this was actually a country song because it has a lot of country elements, but it's actually not. It's a trap song that I believe no one wants to hear. As far as the song goes, it's definitely garbage. And this was also in my Bottom 5 Songs of the year from which you all remembered. As for my opinion, the production and the beat sounded terrible, Lil Nas X's vocals were grating, and I really hate that chorus. Although Billy Ray Cyrus somewhat helped the song. I think he still sounds great in his contribution. But this is a garbage song overall and I really have no idea why it ranked this high on there. NEXT!

#6. Rihanna/Calvin Harris - We Found Love (2011) [5; Great]

This is such a phenomenal EDM song and this is definitely her best song ever. As for my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Rihanna's vocals were super phenomenal, those lyrics were definitely heavenly and they're super nicely-written, the chorus was so heavenly, and that drop was super heavenly. It has spent 1 week at #1 on the weekend countdown and that was from the end of 2011 and the start of 2012. And that I was super pleased about. It's definitely a phenomenal song for me overall and I'm so pleased to see it in the Top 10 on there.

#5. Maroon 5/Cardi B. - Girls Like You (2018) [3; Decent]

Yes, this is definitely a decent song. There's nothing here that's interesting to say about it. Though Adam's vocals still sound great and I think the production still sounds pretty great and I still love that chorus. But my main issue about this song is, well, you know. Cardi B.'s verse. She sounds so bad and so annoying in her verse. But this is a decent song overall. It has peaked at #4 on the weekend countdown, which I'm fine with. So yeah, decent overall and I'm okay with this song ranking in the Top 5 on there.

#4. The Chainsmokers/Halsey - Closer (2016) [5; Great]

This was actually my #1 song of the year from which you've remembered before. It's definitely a fun and heavenly EDM song. With my opinion, the production is so amazing, Andrew's vocals were so heavenly, Halsey's vocals were super heavenly in her contribution, the lyrics were definitely heavenly, the chorus was so heavenly, and the drop was extremely heavenly. And what I've noticed is that the drop does sound like kazoos, which was very interesting. It has spent 8 weeks at #1 on the weekend countdown, and that I was super duper pleased about. It's definitely a super heavenly song overall and I'm super duper pleased to see it rank in the Top 5 on there.

#3. Ed Sheeran - Shape Of You (2017) [5; Great]

This was also the biggest song of the year. And of course, I even got sick of this song back when it was still on the countdown. But the song did grow back on me. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an outstanding song. As for my opinion, the production was so outstanding, Ed's vocals were absolutely amazing, the lyrics were very interesting, and that chorus was super outstanding. It has spent 9 weeks at #1 on the weekend countdown and this was also the #1 song of the year on the Hits 1 Year-End Countdown. Although at the time when it became the #1 song of the year, I was sick of it. But I'm glad that it managed to do that. It's definitely an outstanding song overall and I'm glad to see it rank in the Top 3 on there.

#2. LMFAO/Lauren Bennett/GoonRock - Party Rock Anthem (2011) [5; Great]

It's absolutely a phenomenal and super fun song to jam to and this was definitely their best song ever. For my opinion, the production was super phenomenal, the vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely super nicely-written and I'm definitely a huge fan of them, the chorus was so heavenly, and that drop was super heavenly. It has spent 2 weeks at #1 on the weekend countdown, and I was so pleased about it. This really deserves to be in the top spot on there. Spo yeah, it's such a super fun and phenomenal song overall and I'm so pleased to see it in the Top 3 on there.

#1. Mark Ronson/Bruno Mars - Uptown Funk (2015) [5; Great]

This is it. This is the biggest song of the decade on there. And this was actually my #1 song of the year. Of course you probably don't know this, but it actually is. This is definitely an extremely heavenly song. As for my opinion, the production was extremely heavenly, Bruno's vocals were extremely heavenly, the lyrics were extremely heavenly, the chorus was extremely heavenly, the drop was extremely heavenly, everything on this song was extremely heavenly. It has also spent 4 weeks at #1 on the weekend countdown, and I was super duper pleased about that. It's definitely an extremely fun and heavenly song overall and I'm super duper pleased to see it be the top song of the decade on there.

And that's it. Those were all my opinions and thoughts on every song on this list. Now, I'm going to do a Top 100 Review just to see what grade Billboard did with music this decade. Again it's very similar to a Top 30 review which I've always done at the end of every Hits 1 Weekend Countdown post, but with 100 songs. Hopefully things will look better this new decade and have lots of more great songs and less bad songs. Again, thank you for reading this post! The next special is going to be at 200,000 pageviews, but I'm sure it's going to take a long time. So look forward to that. Please keep reading my posts to help me reach my next milestone!
