#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Ed Sheeran - Bad Habits (4 of 5 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
Lizzo - 2 Be Loved (Am I Ready) (+7) took the biggest jump into the Top 10, and that I was so pleased to see. What a week it has been for her! Now, hopefully this should go to the Top 5 soon.
Since that happened Lizzo - About Damn Time (-8) took the biggest drop out of the Top 10 for replacement. Though I actually expected it to happen, and now it's officially on it's way out of here.
New Song/s on the countdown this week are:
Zedd/Maren Morris/Beauz - Make You Say: The best countdown debut this week. They have now collaborated again after The Middle became a huge hit back in 2018, and that was a song that I hate from which you've remembered. And yes, I do still hate The Middle, but this new song is actually way better. And I've actually known Beauz because I've heard his song Crazy with JVNA on NoCopyrightSounds, and it was an amazing song for me. And now, as far as this new song goes, it's definitely a super heavenly EDM song and it's definitely the best song that I've ever heard from them. It's definitely a huge step up from The Middle and all of his other songs. With my opinion on this song, the production was super heavenly, Maren's vocals were so much better and they're pretty heavenly, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a humongous fan of, the chorus was super heavenly, and the drop was extremely heavenly. This is definitely going to end up in my Top 5 Songs of the year. So far we have 8, so just 2 more to go and then we're all set! Hopefully this song should become a much more bigger hit than The Middle was, because this is a much better song.
Panic! At The Disco - Don't Let The Light Go Out: They replaced themselves on there. And of course I've been hearing this song a lot on Alt Nation. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Middle Of A Breakup, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion, the production was super amazing, Brendon's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were so interesting, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Hopefully this should do well on there and hopefully it'll do better on here than on the Alt-18.
Kane Brown - Grand: So I've found out that this song is not really a country song, but I'm still fine with it being here. As far as the song goes, it's absolutely another amazing song and it's actually a step up from Be Like That. With my opinion on this one, the production was so amazing, Kane's vocals were super amazing, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see how far this one should get on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Post Malone/Doja Cat - I Like You (A Happier Song): I'm fine with this song still standing in there. But again I'll still give credit to it if it goes to the Top 3 very soon.
4. Charlie Puth/Jung Kook - Left And Right: No, this song doesn't deserve to drop. But hopefully this should come back to the Top 3 within the next week or so.
3. Marshmello/Khalid - Numb: It debuted the Top 5 and into the Top 3 this week. But I'm not sure if it's actually going to be at the top spot, but maybe it might hang around in the Top 5 for a little bit longer.
2. Nicky Youre/Dazy - Sunroof: It dropped out of the top spot once again. But it still had a nice stay for a couple weeks in it's second run. But I'm sure this is going to be on it's way out of here very soon.
1. Harry Styles - Late Night Talking: I actually expected this song to come back to the top spot, and now here it is back in there. I'm so pleased to see it come back there. Now, let's see how long it could hold the spot in it's second run.
Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:
1. Sofia Carson - Come Back Home
2. Cheat Codes/Russell Dickerson - I Remember (DEBUT)
3. Havanna Winter - Rain Rain Go Away
4. Rema/Selena Gomez - Calm Down (DEBUT)

15. Huddy - All The Things I Hate About You
16. Bazzi - Heaven (DEBUT)
New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:
Cheat Codes/Russell Dickerson - I Remember: We have another country artist who has been collaborated with them? Wow, I actually did not see that coming. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as Lean On Me, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Russell's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus and drop both sound so phenomenal. Though I'm not sure if it's actually going to be on the countdown, but let's see if it does soon.
Rema/Selena Gomez - Calm Down: Gosh, we sure have picked up a lot of new artists from Nigeria on there this year. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal and fun song. With my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Rema's vocals were so phenomenal, Selena's vocals were super phenomenal in her contribution, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was super phenomenal and super fun. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
Talk - Run Away To Mars: I've heard this song a lot on Alt Nation. And I've actually did not expect this song to come here, but there it is. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an outstanding song. For my opinion, the production was so outstanding, this guy's vocals were super outstanding, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and the chorus was so amazing. But yeah, outstanding song overall. Let's see if this should make the countdown soon.
Ashe - Emotional: This is absolutely another amazing song. But definitely not as good as Angry Woman, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Ashe's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so phenomenal. But yeah, overall this is an amazing song for me to listen to, but we know it's probably not gonna debut the countdown because I know it's her. But I'm sure hoping that it will soon.
Anees - Sun And Moon: This is just a decent song. There isn't really anything interesting to say about it. Though the production here was still so outstanding, but I'm not really huge on this guy's vocals. He doesn't really sound that good here. Although the chorus was decent and I still like the lyrics, because they're still so nice. But this is a decent song overall. Though I'm not sure if it'll be on the countdown either, but let's see if it does soon.
Blackbear - Dead Inside: We've now picked up a new song from him after Toxic Energy dropped out of Hit Bound a couple weeks ago. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and this is actually a step up from Toxic Energy. As for my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Blackbear's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were so interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see if this should make the countdown soon.
Role Model - Cross Your Mind: Does anybody remember him? He was the One To Watch 2 years ago with his song Going Out, and that was a song that I hate back then. And now, he's back with another bad song. Though this song wasn't as bad as Going Out, but this is still garbage. The production here was so boring, this guy's vocals still don't sound good at all, I'm not really huge on the lyrics, and the chorus was absolutely garbage. Hopefully this doesn't debut the countdown.
Elton John/Britney Spears - Hold Me Closer: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. And it's been a long time since she has last been on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Cold Heart, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion, the production was super phenomenal, I really love the robotic vocals that we got from Elton and Britney's vocals were super phenomenal as well, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a humongous fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully it'll be on the countdown soon.
Bazzi - Heaven: This is absolutely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Will It Ever Feel The Same. As for my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Bazzi's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was super phenomenal. So yeah, this is absolutely a phenomenal song overall for me to listen to. Here's to hoping that it should be on the countdown soon.
