AT40: Doja Cat (3) Week Of November 19, 2022

As far as the countdown goes, I thought that it still looks great, however we did get rid of a song that was going to be in my top songs of the year, and of course it will forever be missed. #1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

The Kid Laroi/Justin Bieber - Stay (10 of 11 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

I'm so pleased to see Beyonce - Cuff It and Sam Smith/Kim Petras - Unholy (+9) take the biggest jumps this week. What a week for them!

I'm also super pleased to see Joji - Glimpse Of Us (-13) take the biggest drop, This totally deserves it! And I'm hoping that it should be out of here very soon. And of course this song might go to my Bottom 10 Songs of the year just so you remember. I seriously had enough of this song.

New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:

Drake/21 Savage - Jimmy Cooks: This is absolutely an amazing song and it's actually a step up from Massive. As for my opinion on this song, the production was super outstanding, Drake's vocals were so amazing, the lyrics were very nicely-written, the chorus was super amazing, and 21 Savage's rapping in his verse was so amazing and he even sounds so much better than in his other songs. Let's see how far this one should get on there.

Cheat Codes/Russell Dickerson - I Remember: I didn't actually expect this song to be in there, but it has managed to do it. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as Lean On Me, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Russell's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus and drop both sound so phenomenal. But I don't think it's ever going to do well on there, but let's see how far it'll go.

Chris Brown - Under The Influence: This is such an outstanding song and it's actually a step up from Go Crazy, which was decent. For my opinion on this song, the production was so outstanding, Chris's vocals were super outstanding, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and the chorus was so amazing. But yeah, outstanding song overall for me to listen to. Let's see how this one does on there.

Rihanna - Lift Me Up: She has made her return on there after a long hiatus of making new music. And of course this is actually one of the songs that was taken from the new Black Panther: Wakanda Forever movie, which I've actually never seen before. But I'm gonna have to see it in theaters soon. As far as the song goes, it's absolutely a phenomenal song. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Rihanna's vocals were super phenomenal, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should do well on there.

Taylor Swift - Anti-Hero: The best debut this week. So she has put out a new album last month and this is one of the songs that was off the album. As far as the song goes, it's such another phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Taylor's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. And I'm sure this is definitely going to end up becoming a hit because it's her. Hopefully this should do amazing on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. OneRepublic - I Ain't Worried: I'm still waiting for this song to move up and get to the Top 3, but I'm not sure if it's actually going to happen. Maybe it might start dropping sometime soon.

4. Harry Styles - As It Was: Yeah I'm sure this song is about to be on it's way out of here very soon. It sure has been in the Top 5 for a very long time.

3. Post Malone/Doja Cat - I Like You (A Happier Song): I'm fine with this song moving down, although I'm sure it's going to be out of the Top 3 sometime soon.

2. Steve Lacy - Bad Habit: It's almost at the top spot! I'm so pleased to see it move up to this spot. Now, can this be his first ever #1 song on there? We're gonna have to find out. Let's see if it'll be in there soon.

1. Doja Cat - Vegas: Holding the top spot for the 3rd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there, but I'm sure that another song is going to replace it in this spot next week, but let's see if it'll stay in there or not.
