Miley Cyrus (1) Week Of February 11, 2023

So again the Super Bowl is this weekend. I'm super excited to watch it! The Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles are going to be playing in it this time. Again I'm pulling for the Eagles to win since they have a better record. I'm also looking forward to Rihanna's halftime performance in it as well. Hopefully she does a great job on it and I hope she performs some of her old songs. Anyway. As far as the countdown goes, I thought that it looks so interesting. We do have another brand new #1 song on there, and that of course I'll get to it later on in this post. But other than that, I don't have anything else to say here, so let's get to it! Before we get to this week's Fresh 30, here are the songs dropping out of the countdown this week.

#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Lil Nas X - That's What I Want (3rd and final week at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

I'm so pleased to see Tiesto/Tate McRae - 10:35 (+7) take the biggest jump into the Top 10 this week. This totally deserves it! And I'm sure hoping that it should go to the Top 5 very soon.

I'm not too thrilled to see The Weeknd - Die For You and Avril Lavigne/YUNGBLUD - I'm A Mess (-9) tie for the biggest drop this week. Come on, they're about to get popular and they needs to move back up.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Stephen Sanchez - Evangeline: This is also another decent song. There really isn't anything interesting to say about it. Although this wasn't as decent as Until I Found You, but it's still decent. The production actually doesn't sound that good here, but Stephen's vocals actually sound solid here and I don't really mind the lyrics here because I think they're still so nicely-written. Though the chorus was decent, but definitely not the best. So yeah, this is just a decent song overall. Let's see how this one does on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Nicky Youre - Eyes On You: Oh come on! I thought that this song has a chance at the top spot. But again I'm not sure if it'll actually be in there. But I'm sure it might leave the Top 5 within the next week or so.

4. Meghan Trainor - Made You Look: It dropped out of the top spot. But it still had a nice run in there for a couple weeks. But I'm sure this might also leave the Top 5 sometime soon.

3. Charlieonafriday - Enough: Wow, I did not expect this song to be in the Top 3. But I'm super glad to see it do that. But I'm sure that it's definitely not going to hit the top spot on there, but let's see how long it'll stay in the Top 3 on there.

2. Taylor Swift - Lavender Haze: It's almost at the top spot! And I'm sure this is definitely going to be at the top spot within the next week or so mostly because we all know who she is. Let's see if it'll be at the top spot soon.

1. Miley Cyrus - Flowers: I actually expected this song to be at the top spot this week. And I'm so pleased to see it in there. And now, in her 15 years of making music after being on Hannah Montana a long time ago, she finally has her first ever #1 song on there. That's amazing, isn't it? But I'm sure another song might take over the top spot next week, but let's see how long it could hold the spot.

Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:

1. Will Linley - Last Call

2. Dove Cameron/Khalid - We Go Down Together (DEBUT)

14. Morgan Wallen - Last Night (DEBUT)

15. Big Boss Vette - Pretty Girls Walk

16. Casey Bishop - Blurry Vision

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Dove Cameron/Khalid - We Go Down Together: Wow, I did not expect to like a song from her. But this song is actually an amazing song and this was actually the very first song that I liked from her. This is definitely a huge step up from all her other songs that were on there. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Dove's vocals actually sound super amazing and way better, Khalid's vocals were also super amazing in his contribution, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Hopefully it'll be on the countdown soon.

Lizzo/SZA - Special: So this song has came back on there but this time they played the SZA remix of it, which I'm actually amazing with because I liked this version better than the original one, because SZA's vocals were actually pretty phenomenal in it. So yeah, I'm so pleased to see it come back in there. Hopefully this should have another chance to be on there soon.

Jessie Murph - What Happened To Ryan: She replaced herself this week. Although I'm actually not too thrilled to see About You failing to be on the countdown. But as far as this song goes, this is also an amazing song. But definitely not as good as About You, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was super amazing, Jessie's vocals were pretty phenomenal, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Let's see if this should be on the countdown soon.

Havanna Winter - Death Wish: After her having 3 Hit Bound dropouts last year, we've now picked up a new song from her this week. Although the song itself is actually 2 minutes long, but this is still an amazing song. With my opinion on this one, the production was so amazing, Havanna's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was so phenomenal. But we know it's definitely not going to be on the countdown mostly because it's her. But let's see if it'll do it soon.

Renee Rapp - Too Well: I actually did not expect this song to come back on there, but I'm so pleased to see it do it. And I'm sure hoping that it should have another chance to be on the countdown soon.

Lauren Spencer-Smith - Best Friend Breakup: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This is such a heavenly song and it's actually a little bit of a step up from Flowers. With my opinion on this song, the production was super phenomenal, Lauren's vocals were so heavenly, I'm definitely a huge fan of those lyrics, and the chorus was super heavenly. But yeah, this is such a heavenly song overall for me to listen to. Hopefully this should be on the countdown soon.

Morgan Wallen - Last Night: I've been hearing this song a lot on The Highway. And this song has actually been doing super well on the country radio charts recently. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Wasted On You and You Proof. With my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Morgan's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Hopefully this should go to the countdown soon.
