This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm so pleased to see Selena Gomez - Single Soon (+17) take a huge big jump this week. What an amazing week for her! And hopefully this should be in the Top 10 soon.
I'm really not too thrilled to see Kylie Minogue - Padam Padam (-9) take the biggest drop. This does not deserve it! But hopefully this should move back up soon. But I don't think it's going to happen though.
New Song/s on the countdown this week are:
Timbaland/Nelly Furtado/Justin Timberlake - Keep Going Up: The best countdown debut this week. And this was actually the second time those three collaborated because the last time they collaborated was back in 2007 with Give It To Me, which was a song that I enjoyed. And the last time Timbaland had a countdown appearance was back in 2010 with If We Ever Meet Again which was interesting. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Give It To Me. With my opinion, Timbaland's production was so phenomenal, both Nelly and Justin sound super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how this one does on there.
Paul Russell - Lil Boo Thang: This song actually samples The Emotions' 1977 hit song Best Of My Love, which I think is super interesting. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. With my opinion on this one, the production was so amazing, Paul's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so phenomenal and fun. Though my main issue about this song is that it's not even 2 minutes long. But this is still an amazing song overall for me to listen to. Let's see how far this gets on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Olivia Rodrigo - Vampire: I'm still waiting for this song to move up and get to the Top 3. But hopefully next week it'll do it.
4. Doechii - What It Is (Block Boy): Yeah I don't think this song is ever going to hit the Top 3 on there. But again it might stay in there for a couple more weeks longer at the very least.
3. Harry Styles - Satellite: Can we please let this song move up and get to the top spot? I know he's a no-stranger to the top spot on there. But hopefully it'll move up soon.
2. Dua Lipa - Dance The Night: Yeah I don't think this song is ever going to hit the top spot. But maybe it might remain at this spot for a few more weeks longer.
1. Taylor Swift - Cruel Summer: Holding the top spot for the 4th week in a row. Gosh, this song sure has been doing super amazing on the pop radio charts recently. Now, let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.
Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:
1. Diplo/Jessie Murph/Polo G - Heartbroken
2. Olivia Rodrigo - Get Him Back! (DEBUT)
3. Thomas Day - Gravity
4. Marshmello/Dove Cameron - Other Boys (DEBUT)
5. Sabrina Carpenter - Feather (RE-ENTRY)
6. Chris Brown - Summer Too Hot
7. Jordi - Just A Friend
8. Paul Russell - Lil Boo Thang
9. (G)I-DLE - I Do
10. Flyana Boss - You Wish
11. Nicki Minaj - Last Time I Saw You

14. Loud Luxury/Two Friends/Bebe Rexha - If Only I (DEBUT)
15. Nightly - Shirt
16. Travis Scott/Bad Bunny/The Weeknd - K-Pop
New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:
Olivia Rodrigo - Get Him Back!: So she just released her new album Guts yesterday and here she is on there. As far as the song goes, it's absolutely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Bad Idea Right. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Olivia's vocals were super phenomenal, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was so heavenly. And I'm sure this is going to be on the countdown within the next week or so. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
Marshmello/Dove Cameron - Other Boys: This is just a decent song. I know because it features an artist that I don't really like, so yeah this is decent. There really isn't anything interesting to say about it. Though I still love the production because it still sounds so amazing, but Dove's vocals still don't sound good here and the chorus sounds okay but not the best. But I don't mind the lyrics here because I think they're still interesting. But this is decent overall. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
Sabrina Carpenter - Feather: I actually didn't expect this song to come back on there, but I'm glad to see it back! Now, let's see if this should have another chance to be on the countdown soon.
Usher/Summer Walker/21 Savage - Good Good: This was actually his first appearance on Hits 1 since I Don't Mind back in 2014 which was interesting. Though this is not the only time Usher and Summer collab together because the last time those two collaborated was Come Thru back in 2019. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely an amazing and fun song. Though definitely not as good as Come Thru, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, both Usher and Summer sound super amazing, the lyrics were so interesting, the chorus was so phenomenal, and 21 Savage sound super amazing in his verse. Let's see if this should be on the countdown soon.
Loud Luxury/Two Friends/Bebe Rexha - If Only I: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This is absolutely a phenomenal EDM song and it's actually a step up from These Nights. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Bebe's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus and drop both sound super heavenly. Here's to hoping that it should be on the countdown soon.
