#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Tiesto/Tate McRae - 10:35 (2 of 6 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

I'm super glad that Selena Gomez - Love On (+9) has been gaining some airplay on there throughout this week. It really deserves it! Now, let's see if it'll go to the Top 10 soon.

Jack Harlow - Lovin On Me sure has been losing airplay on there recently. But what's also tied for the biggest drop which I'm really not too thrilled to see is Renee Rapp/Megan Thee Stallion - Not My Fault (-6). This does not deserve to take it! This should've went to the Top 5! But hopefully it'll move back up soon.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Shinedown - A Symptom Of Being Human: Does anybody remember this band? They brought us Second Chance and If You Only Knew back in 2009, and those were both songs that I really enjoyed back then. And now, they've made their big return on the countdown this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. With my opinion on it, the production was so incredible, Brent Smith's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly and I really stand for it. Let's see how this one does on there.

Olivia Rodrigo - Obsessed: The best countdown debut this week. And we now have this song on there after Get Him Back left last week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song and it's definitely a step up from Can't Catch Me Now. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Olivia's vocals were super incredible, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should do well on there.

Dasha - Austin: I've been hearing this song a lot on The Highway. And I've found out that she's actually one of the newest Highway Finds on there. And now, she has made her first countdown appearance this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Dasha's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were so interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly and I really stand for it. Let's see how far this goes on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Benson Boone - Beautiful Things: Yeah I don't think this song is ever going to hit the top spot on there. Although I'm not too thrilled to see it drop out of the Top 3, but I'm sure it might be out of here soon.

4. Tate McRae - Exes: I'm still waiting for this song to get back in the Top 3 again, but I don't think it's ever going to come back. But let's see what happens next.

3. Knox - Not The 1975: I actually didn't expect this song to come back to the Top 3. But I'm pleased that it actually did it. But again I don't think this song is ever going to hit the top spot on there.

2. Dua Lipa - Houdini: It dropped out of the top spot. But it still had a phenomenal run on there. Though I actually thought this song was still going to be at the top spot this week, but it isn't. But I'm sure this is going to stay in the Top 3 for a little while at the very least.

1. Sabrina Carpenter - Feather: Wow, there's no way that this would go to the top spot. But I'm so pleased to see this song in there. This is now her first ever #1 song on there which was amazing. Now, let's see how long it'll hold the spot.

Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:

1. Fall Out Boy - So Much (For) Stardust

2. Camila Cabello/Playboi Carti - I Luv It (DEBUT)

3. Haiden Henderson - Hell Of A Good Time

4. Jvke - Clouds (DEBUT)

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Camila Cabello/Playboi Carti - I Luv It: So she released her first song in 2 years. I've actually been waiting for her to come back since she's a super talented singer, and now she's back. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. With my opinion on this one, the production was so marvelous, Camila's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were so interesting, the chorus was so heavenly, and Playboi Carti's rapping in his verse was so remarkable. Hopefully it'll be on the countdown soon.

Jvke - Clouds: This is just a decent song. I know it's because I still don't like him. He really needs to change his stage name so that we should know who he is. There really isn't anything interesting to say about this song. Though of course Jvke's vocals still sound bad here, but the production was actually so amazing and the chorus was just decent and the lyrics were still super nicely-written, so I'll definitely still give credit to them. But this is decent overall. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Beyonce/Miley Cyrus - II Most Wanted: So she has released her new country album Cowboy Carter, and now we have another one of the songs from the album making it's debut on there since Texas Hold 'Em hit the Top 10 on the countdown this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Texas Hold 'Em. With my opinion on it, the production was so phenomenal, both Beyonce and Miley sound super marvelous, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly and I really enjoyed it. Let's see if this should be on the countdown soon.

Hozier - Too Sweet: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. And this was also his first appearance on Hits 1 since Someone New back in 2015 which was super interesting. And of course this is another song that I've been hearing a lot on Alt Nation. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a heavenly song and this was actually the best song that I've ever heard from him. It's definitely a huge step up from all of his other songs. With my opinion on this song, the production was so heavenly, Hozier's vocals were super heavenly, I'm definitely a humongous fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was extremely heavenly. This is definitely going to end up in my Top 10 Songs of the year when it makes the countdown. Hopefully it'll be in there very soon.
