Sabrina Carpenter (1) Week Of March 29, 2025

As far as the countdown goes, I thought that it looks super amazing and interesting. Although we did get rid of a song that was going to be in my top songs of the year which is unfortunate, but we do have another brand new #1 song on there which was always a nice thing to see. But as always, I'm gonna get to that later on in this post. But other than that, I don't have anything else to say here, so let's get to it! #1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Sabrina Carpenter - Feather (1 of 4 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

Benson Boone - Sorry I'm Here For Someone Else (+12) took the biggest jumps to the Top 10 this week which I'm glad to see. What an amazing week for him! Now, hopefully it'll go to the Top 5 soon.

Gracie Abrams - That's So True (-6) somehow took the biggest drop out of the Top 5 this week and now we have another song from her replacing it which I kinda expected. But it's always nice to see new songs from same artists replace themselves on there and not the exact same songs. But I'm pretty sure it's about to be on it's way out of here.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Jennie - Like Jennie: I've actually found out that this song was actually produced by Diplo, and I think that is super interesting although he wasn't credited to be featured in the song but it's okay. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal and fun song. But definitely not as good as Handlebars, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion on this one, the production was so phenomenal, Jennie's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this gets on there.

Alex Warren - Ordinary: We now have this song joining Burning Down since it's continuing to do well on there even though it hasn't entered the Top 10 yet, but maybe it might soon. As far as this new song goes, it's absolutely another amazing song and it's actually a step up from Burning Down. With my opinion on this song, the production was so amazing, Alex's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Let's see how this one does on there.

Damiano David - Next Summer: After spending a few weeks in the abyss, this song now finally debuts on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Born With A Broken Heart. With my opinion on it, the production was so remarkable, Damiano's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were so marvelous, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this one goes on there.

Sabrina Carpenter - Busy Woman: Of course it had to re-enter the countdown after Bed Chem hit the top spot on there. I'm actually glad to see this song back in there and I'm hoping that it should do better on it's second run on there which I'm sure it's going to.

Lady Gaga - Garden Of Eden: The best countdown debut this week. So she has released her new album MAYHEM a few weeks ago, and now we have this song debuting on there this week since Abracadabra hit the Top 3. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Abracadabra, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Gaga's vocals were super phenomenal, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should become a hit on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Rose - Toxic Till The End: I'm so pleased to see this song in the Top 5. I've actually expected it to be in there after what APT. did on there which was pretty amazing. Now, hopefully it'll be in the Top 3 soon.

4. Gracie Abrams - I Love You, I'm Sorry: This also debuts the Top 5 and replaces That's So True thanks to it's biggest drop this week. I'm also pleased to see it in there. Now, let's see if it'll go to the Top 3 soon.

3. Teddy Swims - Bad Dreams: I'm glad to see this song in the Top 3. Although I'm not sure if it'll go to the top spot, but maybe I'd like it in there for a couple more weeks or so. But let's see what happens next.

2. Lady Gaga - Abracadabra: It's almost at the top spot! This really deserves to move up to that spot. I'm so pleased to see it do that. And I'm really hoping that it should go to the top spot within the next week or so.

1. Sabrina Carpenter - Bed Chem: I'm so pleased to see this song at the top spot. I totally expected it to be in there. Nothing can really stop her! But I'm sure another song might take over the top spot next week, but let's see how long it'll hold the spot.

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Ariana Grande - Twilight Zone: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. So she has released the deluxe version of Eternal Sunshine, and now we have one of the songs from it on there this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Popular, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Ariana's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully it'll be on the countdown soon.

Kesha/T-Pain - Yippee-Ki-Yay: This also feels a little bit of a country song. And of course I've heard that she's got a new album coming out later this year which I'm so looking forward to. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. With my opinion on this one, the production was so phenomenal, Kesha's vocals were super phenomenal, T-Pain's vocals were so remarkable in his contribution, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should be on the countdown soon.

Jonah Marais - Better Place: He's back on there after Slow Motion dropped out of here back in the beginning of the year. Although Slow Motion is still on the AT40, but it's actually been flopping on there recently. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as Slow Motion or *NSYNC's song of the same title, but it's still amazing. With my opinion on it, the production was so amazing, Jonah's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Dua Lipa/Troye Sivan - Physical: Does anybody all remember when this song dropped out of Hit Bound back in 2020? Well it actually came back on there this week, except we now have the Troye Sivan remix of it which is actually so phenomenal because Troye's vocals were super incredible in his contribution in this remix. So yeah, to me the remix is actually a step up from the original from 5 years ago. Hopefully this will make the countdown this time.

Thomas Day - Sleep When We're Dead: Does anybody remember when he had that Hit Bound dropout called Gravity from 2 years ago? That was a decent song for me back then. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely an outstanding song and even way better than Gravity. With my opinion, the production was so outstanding, Thomas's vocals were super outstanding, the lyrics were very interesting, and the chorus was so amazing. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Henry Moodie - Indigo: He's now back on there after Good Old Days dropped out of Hit Bound at the end of last year. Although I wish Good Old Days should've been on the countdown, but I know he has been having a lot of Hit Bound dropouts lately. But as far as this new song goes, it's definitely another amazing song. But definitely not as good as Good Old Days, but it's still amazing. With my opinion on this one, the production was so amazing, Henry's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see if this should be on the countdown soon.

Max McNown - A Lot More Free: I've also heard his other song Better Me For You (Brown Eyes) before on The Highway since he's one of the newest Highway Finds recently. And now he makes his first ever appearance here on Hits 1 this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as Better Me For You (Brown Eyes), but it's still amazing. With my opinion on this song, the production was so amazing, Max's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
