Lady Gaga (2) Week Of April 19, 2025

As far as the countdown goes, I thought that it looks so phenomenal. We did welcome back a song that was going to be in my top songs of the year followed by one debut that was also going to be in there, and we also have another interesting Top 5 this week. But I'm gonna get to that later on in this post as always. But other than that, I don't have anything else to say here, so let's get to it! #1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Sabrina Carpenter - Feather (4th and final week at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

I'm super pleased to see Ed Sheeran - Azizam (+16) taking the biggest jumps into the Top 10 on just it's second week on there. This totally deserves to do that! What a week for him! Now, hopefully it'll go to the Top 5 very soon.

I'm not too thrilled to see Lizzo - Still Bad take the biggest drop. How could it do that? This really doesn't deserve it, but what's also tied for the biggest drop which I actually expected was Shaboozey - Good News (-5), which I guess I'm fine with because I know it's been in there for 6 months so I'm sure it's going to be out of here soon.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Drake - NOKIA: Oh boy... we've now picked up the first bad song on there this year. I really have no idea what's going on with the song, but my gosh this song is absolutely garbage. There really is nothing good to say about this song. The production here sounds so bad and there's a beat switch midway through the song which I really hate. And Drake's vocals were so awful, and I'm really not a huge fan of the lyrics. So yeah, this is a garbage song overall. This is definitely going to end up in my Bottom 10 Songs of the year. Hopefully this doesn't stick around in there for a long time because this is a garbage song. NEXT!

Role Model - Sally, When The Wine Runs Out: I'm super pleased to see this song come back on there. This really needed to do that because this was the best song that I've ever heard from him. Now, hopefully this should do better on it's second run in there.

SZA/Kendrick Lamar - 30 For 30: This is the only amazing debut we have this week. So they have collaborated yet again as this song debuts straight onto there and joining Luther while it's still continuing it's run on there. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely another heavenly song and it's actually a step up from Luther. With my opinion on this song, the production was pretty heavenly, both SZA and Kendrick sound pretty heavenly, the lyrics were pretty heavenly, the chorus was pretty heavenly, everything here was pretty heavenly. This is also going to end up in my Top 10 Songs of the year and it's definitely going to rank higher than Luther. Let's see how far this goes on there.

Morgan Wallen - Love Somebody: I totally didn't expect this song to come back on there yet again. There's just no way that it would do that, but I'm somehow glad that it actually came back. Now, let's see how this one does on it's third run on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Gracie Abrams - I Love You, I'm Sorry: Well it dropped out of the Top 3. But again it still had a great run on there. But I'm sure this is going to be out of the Top 5 within the next week or so.

4. Tate McRae - Sports Car: I'm super pleased to see this song move up. Now, can we please let this song get to the Top 3? I really would like to see it do that.

3. Selena Gomez/Benny Blanco/Gracie Abrams - Call Me When You Break Up: It debuted the Top 5 this week and into the Top 3. I'm so pleased to see it in there. Though I'm not sure if this song is going to get to the top spot, but let's see if it does soon.

2. Rose - Toxic Till The End: I'm still waiting for this song to get to the top spot. Although I'm not sure if it'll be in there either, but I'm really hoping that it will make it in there soon.

1. Lady Gaga - Abracadabra: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there. Gosh, this song sure has been doing so well with airplay on there recently. Now, let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.

Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:

1. The Summer Set - ADIDAS

2. Morgan Wallen/Post Malone - I Ain't Comin' Back (DEBUT)

15. Emei - Crazy Stupid Love

16. BigXthaPlug/Bailey Zimmerman - All The Way

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Morgan Wallen/Post Malone - I Ain't Comin' Back: So they have collaborated again after I Had Some Help became a huge hit last year. But I gotta say, this is also a decent song. Although I could say that this is actually a little bit of a step up from I Had Some Help, but it's still decent. Though the production still sounds so amazing and Morgan still sounds super amazing, but of course Post's vocals don't sound good in his contribution. Although this is a country song so he doesn't sound awful like he did in his rap/hip-hop singles, but he still doesn't sound that good. But the lyrics were still so interesting and the chorus still sounds so phenomenal. But overall, it's decent. Though this would've been an amazing song if Post wasn't featured in it, but oh well. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
