AT40: Ed Sheeran (2) Week Of August 10, 2019

Things are looking amazing on here. Our exits this week are remarkable. We got rid of one trashy song, and one old song, which is amazing. #1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Maroon 5/Cardi B. - Girls Like You (1 of 5 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

Jonas Brothers - Only Human (+8) has been gaining airplay on the pop radio charts this past week! What a week for them!
Since that happened, Jonas Brothers - Cool (-6) has fell all the way out of the Top 20. I did not expect that to happen.

New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:

Ellie Goulding/Juice WRLD - Hate Me: This was such an outstanding song. Not as good as Close To Me, but it is still outstanding. I pretty much already explained why this song was outstanding last month when it debuted Hit Bound. Juice WRLD sounded so much better than in Lucid Dreams in this song. His verses are unstoppable. Other than that, the production in this one sounded outstanding, Ellie's vocals sounded amazing, and that chorus sounded very amazing. Let's see if it does great on here.

Blanco Brown - The Git Up: I heard this song a lot on The Highway. This was such an amazing country-pop song to dance to. I really love the production and the beat in this one and Blanco's vocals sounded amazing. Other than that, the chorus in this one was definitely fun. Let's see if it should do amazing on here.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Jonas Brothers - Sucker: I'm actually okay with this song dropping. I know it's been on here for a very long time. It's been doing super well on here. But I'd be okay if it's out of here.
4. Shawn Mendes - If I Can't Have You: It's almost in the Top 3. Now, let's see if it'll be on there soon.
3. Khalid - Talk: I actually don't want it to be out of the Top 3. I'd rather want it to stay in there. But let's see what happens.
2. Billie Eilish - Bad Guy: It's almost at the top. I'm actually okay with that. But let's see if it'll be at the top or not.
1. Ed Sheeran/Justin Bieber - I Don't Care: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm glad that it's still there. Let's see how long it can stay in there even more.

Now, here are the songs they played for Breakouts/On The Verge:

Miley Cyrus - Mother's Daughter
Zara Larsson - All The Time
Marshmello/Kane Brown - One Thing Right

And here are the songs they played as Extras/Optional Extras:
