So the month of December is finally upon us! Also, my birthday is coming up on Wednesday. I'm going to turn 17. Hopefully we have a great #1 song for my birthday weekend. The fact that Tones And I - Dance Monkey (+14) having the biggest jump this week makes me wanna scream. It's so annoying and it does not deserve to be in the Top 30. NEXT!

I'm not too thrilled about Lauv/Anne-Marie - I'm Lonely (-10) with the biggest drop this week. But it does not make me happy. I really hope this should move back up soon.

 

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

 

Harry Styles - Watermelon Sugar: This was such an amazing song. Not as good as Lights Up, but it's still amazing. The production in this one sounded outstanding, Harry's vocals sounded absolutely remarkable, and that chorus was definitely amazing. Let's see how this one does.

 

Sofi Tukker - Purple Hat: They made their first countdown appearance this week. Now, back in 2017, they brought us Best Friend, which was on Hit Bound but didn't graduate on the weekend countdown. And now, they're here. Though Best Friend is actually better than this one, because this song was just decent. I've been hearing this song a lot on Alt Nation and it's just decent. The production in this one sounded solid, but I'm not huge on this guy's deep vocals in the verses. But other than that, the chorus sounded amazing in this one. Though I don't think it'll do better on here than the Alt-18, but let's see.

 

Hot Chelle Rae - I Hate LA: They're finally back on the countdown! Now, this was such an amazing song. The instrumentation sounded amazing, the vocals sounded phenomenal, and I fell in love with that chorus. Now, hopefully this one becomes a big hit just like what they did with their older songs on here.

 

Arizona Zervas - Roxanne: I really don't have any idea what's going on with this song, but this song was not good at all. I really don't like how auto-tuned his vocals are and that beat was not good at all. Those lyrics are not good at all and that chorus was just boring. So yeah, I'm not a fan of this song. Hopefully this one should do poorly on here.

 

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

 

5. Lizzo - Good As Hell: I don't want this song to drop. I want it to be back in the Top 3! But hopefully it does soon.

4. 5 Seconds Of Summer - Teeth: Why would it re-enter the Top 5?! That is not cool. This needs to leave here next week and never be back on here. I had it with this song!

3. Ed Sheeran/Khalid - Beautiful People: Thank god it's back in the Top 3. Now, hopefully this should be back at the top spot soon.

2. Lewis Capaldi - Someone You Loved: It dropped out of the top spot. Though it did had a nice run on here. Though I don't think it's going to come back on here, but let's see what happens.

1. Niall Horan - Nice To Meet Ya: I'm so glad to see this song at the top spot. This is his second song to hit the top spot on here. The last #1 song on here was Slow Hands back in 2017. And now, here it is. Let's see how long it can hold the spot.

88Rising/Joji/Jackson Wang/Swae Lee/Major Lazer - Walking: This is just a decent song. There's nothing really interesting about this song. I'm not a fan of the verses that we got from them. But the production is awesome. But other than that, the chorus was decent and the drop was decent. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

 

Blackbear - Hot Girl Bummer: I've already went over my opinion on this song back when it debuted the AT40. This is just a decent song. But this song is definitely better than Do Re Mi, which was in my Bottom 10 songs of 2017 if you all remembered. Now, on to the song. I'm not huge on the production, but Blackbear actually sounded a little better than in Do Re Mi. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

 

Harry Styles - Adore You: Wow. This has been the second week in a row that he has a song debuting the countdown and here. That's crazy! Now, as far as the song goes, it is also an amazing song. It's definitely a step up from Watermelon Sugar. The production in this one sounded phenomenal, Harry's vocals sounded absolutely amazing, the lyrics are remarkable, and that chorus sounded heaven. Hopefully this should be on the countdown next week.

 

Camila Cabello - Living Proof: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. Now, this song was definitely a heaven song. It's a step up from her other two songs. Now, on to the song. The production in this one sounded amazing, Camila's vocals sounded pretty heaven, and that chorus was definitely what I stand for. Hopefully this one should be on the countdown soon.
