#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Halsey - Without Me (2 of 5 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
The fact that Tones And I - Dance Monkey (+13) having the biggest jump this week all the way back to the Top 30 makes me wanna scream. This does not deserve it.
I'm actually shocked about Taylor Swift - Lover (-13) having the biggest drop this week as it drops all the way out of the Top 10 from the Top 3. Hopefully it should move back up soon.
New Song/s on the countdown this week are:
Blackbear - Hot Girl Bummer: As you probably know, he brought us Do Re Mi back in 2017, which was an extremely awful song in my opinion and it landed at #3 on my Bottom 10 songs of 2017 from which you all remembered. Now we have this one, which was just decent. Though it's definitely better than Do Re Mi, but it's still decent. I'm not huge on the production, but he sounded a little better in this one. Let's see how this one does on here.
Justin Bieber - Yummy: I really have no idea what's going on with this song, but this song was garbage. At first it was mediocre, but now it is awful. I actually like the trap beat in this one, but I do not like how auto-tuned Justin's vocals were. And that chorus in this one was so awful and that weird girls who says "yummy yummy" sounded obnoxious. So yeah. Overall, it's garbage. This better do poorly on here.
Doja Cat - Say So: She made her first countdown appearance this week. Now, this is also a decent song. There isn't really interesting about this song. Her voice sounded decent in this one and the lyrics are okay. But other than that, the production and the chorus in this one sounded pretty good. Let's see how this one does on there.
Camila Cabello - My Oh My: This is the only great debut we have this week. Though Hits 1 did edit out DaBaby's verse in this one, which was awesome. Now, this was definitely an amazing song. Not as good as Living Proof, but it's still amazing. The production in this one sounded amazing, Camila's vocals sounded heaven, the lyrics are what I'm a fan of, and that chorus was heaven. Hopefully this one does amazing here.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Harry Styles - Adore You: It debuted the Top 5 this week. Now how did it come up to there? It took a big jump this week all the way to here. Now hopefully it should be at the top soon.
4. Post Malone - Circles: I don't know why it's still in there. This seriously needs to be out of here next week! I've had enough of his music!
3. Lewis Capaldi - Someone You Loved: It re-entered the Top 3 this week, which was nice to see. However it might not stay in there for a long time.
2. Jonas Brothers - Only Human: I didn't even expect it to stay in there, but it actually did. Although this might be out of here within the next week or so.
1. Niall Horan - Nice To Meet Ya: Holding the top spot for the 7th week in a row. What on earth is going on with this song? It really has been doing so amazing on here. This only needs 6 more weeks to tie the record for most weeks at #1. Though I don't think it's going to happen, but we're going to see.
Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:
1. Tayla Parx/Florida Georgia Line - Fight
2. Halsey - You Should Be Sad
3. X Lovers - Play Your Game

13. Selena Gomez - Rare (DEBUT)
14. Jonas Brothers - What A Man Gotta Do (DEBUT)
New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:
Khalid - Up All Night: What an outstanding song. Not as good as Talk, but still, it's outstanding. I really like the production here and Khalid's vocals in this one sounded outstanding. The chorus in this one sounded remarkable. I'll have more on this when it gets to the countdown. Let's see if it'll be on there soon.
Alec Benjamin - Demons: This song was actually a little better than his other songs. But it's still mediocre. Alec's vocals still doesn't sound good, but I actually love the production in this one. Though the chorus in this one was decent. So yeah. Overall, it's mediocre. I'd be okay if it debuts the countdown soon. Let's see if it'll be on there.
BTS/Lauv - Make It Right: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This is definitely their best song ever. It's way better than their other songs. Now, on to my opinion. The production sounded amazing, the vocals in this one sounded phenomenal, Lauv's vocals in his contribution sounded heaven, and that chorus was definitely heaven. I'm really hoping this should be on the countdown soon.
Selena Gomez - Rare: What an amazing song. Not as good as Lose You To Love Me, but it's definitely better than Look At Her Now. The production in this one sounded awesome, Selena's vocals sounded amazing, the lyrics are absolutely amazing, and that chorus really shines. Here's to hoping that it should be on the countdown soon.
Jonas Brothers - What A Man Gotta Do: This was definitely an outstanding song. This is definitely a step up from Only Human. I really enjoyed the upbeat vibe in this one and the production sounded outstanding. The vocals in this one sounded amazing and that chorus was definitely remarkable. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
