Dua Lipa (3) Week Of February 13, 2021
Again, I hope everyone had an amazing time watching the Super Bowl last weekend. I sure did, because I thought it was actually super amazing. The Buccaneers won it and this was their 2nd Super Bowl win. And it was also Brady's first Super Bowl win as a Buccaneer, which was super amazing. And I think The Weeknd has nailed the halftime performance. He did an amazing job with it. Anyway. As far as the countdown goes, I thought it actually looks so amazing. We did get rid of a piece of trash which was super amazing. But other than that, we do have some amazing debuts this week which of course I'm going to get to later. But other than that, I don't have anything else to say here, so let's get to it! Before we get to this week's Fresh 30, here are the songs dropping out of the countdown this week.

#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Harry Styles - Adore You (1 of 10 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm okay with Sigala/James Arthur - Lasting Lover (+9) taking the biggest jump this week. I'm still giving credit to it. But still, what a week for them.
I'm also fine with Pop Smoke - What You Know Bout Love (-6) taking the biggest drop this week. I'm also still going to give credit to it. But I'm sure this might be the end of it.
New Song/s on the countdown this week are:
Jessia - I'm Not Pretty: She's actually the next One To Watch, which was actually super interesting. As far as the song goes, this is absolutely an amazing song. The production here was so amazing, her vocals were absolutely amazing, those lyrics are definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and that chorus was so phenomenal. So yeah, overall it's definitely a very fun song for me to listen to. Let's see how far this gets.
Machine Gun Kelly/Halsey - Forget Me Too: The best countdown debut this week. Because of how well My Ex's Best Friend is doing on there, this song has now made it's debut on there. Now, this is definitely a phenomenal song and it's definitely a step up from My Ex's Best Friend. The production in this one was super amazing, MGK's vocals were super phenomenal in the verses, and Halsey's vocals were pretty heavenly in the chorus. So yeah, phenomenal song overall. Hopefully this one does amazing on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Billie Eilish - Therefore I Am: I'm fine with it standing in that spot, I'm still giving credit to it. But I'm sure it might be out of here very soon.
4. Machine Gun Kelly/Blackbear - My Ex's Best Friend: Oh gosh... I don't really want it to drop. I'd like to see it back in the Top 3, but I'm not sure if that's going to happen. But we're gonna have to see.
3. Olivia Rodrigo - Driver's License: I'm still waiting for this song to move up and be at the top spot. But I'm sure this might go to the top spot very soon.
2. Harry Styles - Golden: It re-entered the Top 5 this week. Now I feel like this song might go back to the top spot within the next week or so, but I don't think it's actually going to happen.
1. Dua Lipa/DaBaby - Levitating: Holding the top spot for the 3rd week in a row. Wow, I actually didn't expect this song to still be in there this week, but my gosh it's still there. But I'm sure this might leave the top spot within the next week or so, but let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.
Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:
1. Travis Scott/HVME - Goosebumps (Remix) (DEBUT)
2. Alexander 23 - Cry Over Boys (DEBUT)
3. The Kid Laroi - So Done
4. Sara Kays - Remember That Night (DEBUT)
5. Quinn XCII/Chelsea Cutler - Stay Next To Me
6. Blackbear/Wiz Khalifa - Cheers
7. Megan Thee Stallion - Body
8. Zoe Wees - Girls Like Us
9. Sabrina Carpenter - Skin
10. SZA - Good Days
11. Mike Posner/Stanaj/Yung Bae - Momma Always Told Me
12. Taylor Swift - Love Story (Taylor's Version) (DEBUT)
13. Zara Larsson/Young Thug - Talk About Love
14. Tate McRae - Rubberband
15. Saweetie/Doja Cat - Best Friend
New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:
Travis Scott/HVME - Goosebumps (Remix): I've gone through this song this week when it debuted the AT40. This is actually a mediocre song. But it's actually way better than the original one back in 2017 which was horrible, but this remix is still not great. The production here was mediocre, but Travis actually doesn't sound bad. He still sounds decent. And the chorus here was actually okay. So yeah, it's a mediocre song for me overall. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
Alexander 23 - Cry Over Boys: I really have no idea what's going on with this song, but my gosh this is absolutely another horrible song. I really have no idea what this is, but I really can't like this song! The production here was absolutely bland, and I really hate those lyrics. But those vocals actually don't sound bad. I think they're okay. But the chorus here was horrible. So yeah, not a good song for me. Hopefully this doesn't make the countdown. NEXT!
Sara Kays - Remember That Night: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. I've actually found her to be yet another talented singer. And there she is making her debut on there. This is absolutely another phenomenal song for me. The production here was phenomenal, Sara's vocals were pretty phenomenal, the lyrics are super nicely-written, and that chorus was heavenly. This is going to end up in my Top 10 Songs of the year when it debuts the countdown soon. Hopefully it'll be in there.
Taylor Swift - Love Story (Taylor's Version): This is the other new version of this song that did so well on the countdown over 12 years ago. So apparently she re-recorded her 2008 album Fearless, which was actually very interesting. All of her old country songs that were in that album are all going to be on there with that new version. As far as this new version goes, it's actually amazing and it's actually better than the old one. The production was so amazing, Taylor's vocals were super amazing, and that chorus was absolutely phenomenal. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
