#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Harry Styles - Adore You (3 of 10 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm so glad about Joshua Bassett - Lie Lie Lie (+10) taking the biggest jump this week. What a week for him! Now, I'm sure hoping it'll be in the Top 10 very soon.
Why would Dua Lipa - We're Good (-9) take the biggest drop this week on it's second week on there?! That makes no sense! But hopefully it'll move back up soon.
New Song/s on the countdown this week are:
AJR - Way Less Sad: The best countdown debut this week. And this is now their best song ever. It's definitely a huge step up from Bang. This is absolutely a super heavenly song. Now, on to my opinion. The production here was so heavenly, the vocals were absolutely heavenly, the lyrics were heavenly, and that chorus was super heavenly. This is definitely going to end up in my Top 5 Songs of the year. Hopefully this should become a big hit on there and hopefully it'll do better than Bang.
Conan Gray - Overdrive: It's such an amazing song and this is definitely a step up from Heather. Gosh, he's really been a super talented singer to me. Now, for my opinion, the production sounded so amazing, Conan's vocals were so amazing, the lyrics were so amazing, the chorus was so amazing, everything on this song was so amazing. Hopefully this should become a hit on there.
Sabrina Carpenter - Skin: I'm pleased to see this song be back on the countdown. Now, let's see how far this one gets in it's second run.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. The Weeknd - Save Your Tears: It debuted the Top 5 this week. And I'm so pleased to see it in there. Now, let's see if it'll be in the Top 3 soon.
4. All Time Low/Demi Lovato/Blackbear - Monsters: I'm super duper pleased to see it back in the Top 5. I actually didn't think it was going to be back in there, but it did! But I'm sure this might get back out of here next week.
3. Dua Lipa/DaBaby - Levitating: I'm still pleased about this song still in the Top 3. But I do have a feeling that this might leave the Top 3 sometime very soon.
2. Harry Styles - Golden: It dropped out of the top spot. But it sure did had a very nice stay in there last week. Although I'm sure this might be out of the Top 3 and out of the Top 5 sometime soon.
1. Olivia Rodrigo - Driver's License: This is now her first ever #1 song on there. I'm so pleased to see this song in the top spot. What an amazing start in her career! Now, let's see how long it could hold the spot.
Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:
1. 24kgoldn - 3, 2, 1 (DEBUT)
2. Sara Kays - Remember That Night
3. Masked Wolf - Astronaut In The Ocean (DEBUT)
4. Blackbear/Wiz Khalifa - Cheers
5. Zara Larsson/Young Thug - Talk About Love
6. Machine Gun Kelly/Halsey - Forget Me Too (RE-ENTRY)

10. Daya - Bad Girl (DEBUT)
11. Alexander 23 - Cry Over Boys
12. Saweetie/Doja Cat - Best Friend
13. Tiesto - The Business (DEBUT)
14. G-Eazy/Chris Brown - Provide
15. Tate McRae - Rubberband
16. Lil Huddy - The Eulogy Of You And Me (DEBUT)
New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:
24kgoldn - 3, 2, 1: This is just a mediocre song. There's really nothing here that's interesting to say about it. Although I don't mind the production here, because I think it still sounds solid. But I still do not like Goldn's vocals. And the chorus here does seem to be a bit loud, but I think it's still okay. Though I'm still giving credit to those lyrics, because I think they're actually fine. So yeah, overall this is a mediocre song. Definitely not as good as Mood. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
Masked Wolf - Astronaut In The Ocean: This is such an amazing and fun rap song for me to listen to. Now, on to the song. The production here is super interesting, his rapping sounded so amazing, and he flows very nicely throughout the entire song. And the lyrics are super nicely-written, and I really enjoyed the chorus. So yeah, that's definitely the kind of rap song that I'm in. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.
Machine Gun Kelly/Halsey - Forget Me Too: WHY WOULD WE LET THIS SONG RE-ENTER HIT BOUND?????!!!!! This does not deserve to be back in there! This should be back on the countdown! But hopefully it'll be back in there soon.
Ruel - Too Many Feelings: This is just another decent song. There isn't really that much here that's interesting to say about this song. I'm not really huge on his vocals, but I think the production here doesn't sound bad. It actually sounds awesome. But other than that, the chorus here actually sounds fine. I'll still give credit to it. But this is another decent song overall for me. I'll be fine if this song debuts the countdown soon. Let's see if it does.
Leah Nobel - Beginning Middle End: This is absolutely another amazing song. When I first started listening to this song, I've found out that she's yet to be another talented singer. And now, here she is making her debut on there. Now, for my opinion, the production was super outstanding, Leah's vocals were pretty amazing, the lyrics were super interesting, and I fell in love with that chorus. Here's to hoping that it should be on the countdown soon.
Daya - Bad Girl: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. It's actually been a long time since we last heard from her. The last time we heard from her was back in 2017 when Words was there, and it was actually my favorite song from her although it didn't do so well on the countdown back then. But now, she's back. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. Though definitely not as good as Words, but it's still phenomenal. The production here was absolutely amazing, Daya's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics are super amazing, and that chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully it'll be on the countdown soon.
Tiesto - The Business: It's also been quite a while since we last heard from this DJ. I do know the last time we heard from him was Jackie Chan back in 2018, and I've actually been hating this song back then (because it has Post Malone). But now, he's finally back with another much better single. This is such a fun EDM song and this is definitely way better than Jackie Chan. The production here was so outstanding, the down-pitched vocals were solid, and the drop was very outstanding. So yeah, this is such an outstanding song. Let's see if this should debut the countdown soon.
Lil Huddy - The Eulogy Of You And Me: I really have no idea why we have this song, but my gosh this song was absolutely another garbage song. And what I've noticed is that he was another TikTok star and he actually cheats on Dixie D'Amelio's sister Charli, and I've lost interest on him. As for my opinion on this song, the production is so generic, his vocals don't sound good at all, and that chorus was absolutely garbage. So yeah, we do not need this. Hopefully it doesn't debut the countdown.
