Justin Bieber/Quavo - Intentions (2nd and final week at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm super glad to see Bella Poarch - Build A Bitch (+7) gaining lots of airplay on the pop radio charts this week. What a week for her! Now, let's see if it'll be in the Top 30 next week.
Silk Sonic - Leave The Door Open (-4) unfortunately had the biggest drop this week and it's out of the Top 10. I'm not too thrilled to see that.
New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:
NF - Just Like You: He has finally made his return on there. Now, the last time we heard from him was Time from a year and a half ago. And now, he's back. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. With my opinion, the production here was super outstanding, NF's vocals were so amazing especially his rapping, those lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and that chorus was super amazing. Hopefully it'll do amazing on there.
Cheat Codes/Tinashe - Lean On Me: The best debut this week. It's actually been a few years since we last heard from them. The last time we heard from them was Love Is Bigger Than Anything In It's Way with U2 back in 2018, and that was a song that I really enjoyed back then. And now, they have finally made their big return on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. For my opinion, the production was so amazing, Tinashe's vocals were super amazing, and that guy from Cheat Codes has been taking on vocals again just like what he did in the chorus of No Promises. I think his vocals were super amazing. and the lyrics were definitely super nicely-written, the chorus was super amazing, and the drop was so phenomenal. Let's see how far this one goes.
Polo G - Rapstar: This is just another decent song. There really isn't anything here that's interesting to say about it. Though this has been #1 on the Hot 100, so I'm okay with that. But it's still a decent song. With my opinion, the production here actually sounded great, but I'm still not huge on Polo G's vocals. He still doesn't sound good here. But the lyrics were fine and I think the chorus was decent. But yeah, this is decent overall. Let's see how this one does on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Doja Cat/SZA - Kiss Me More: Can we please let this song be in the Top 3 as of right now? I don't really want it to stay in this spot. But hopefully next week it'll be in there.
4. Justin Bieber/Daniel Caesar/Giveon - Peaches: Well, it's out of the Top 3. I actually didn't think it was going to be out of here this week, but it did. But I'm sure it'll stay in the Top 5 for a little while longer.
3. Lil Nas X - Montero (Call Me By Your Name): I'm fine with this song in the Top 3. Although I'm sure this is probably going to be at the top spot very soon. and if it does, I'll still give credit to it.
2. Ariana Grande - POV: It's almost at the top spot. And I'm sure this is going to be at the top spot next week. Hopefully I'm right.
1. Dua Lipa/DaBaby - Levitating: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still there, although I'm sure another song is going to be at the top spot next week. But let's see if it'll stay in there or not.
