#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Harry Styles - Watermelon Sugar (6 of 8 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm super pleased to see Twenty One Pilots - Saturday (+5) taking the biggest jump into the Top 30. Now, I'm really hoping that this should be in the Top 20 very soon.
Regard/Troye Sivan/Tate McRae - You (-12) had the biggest drop this week as it drops out of the Top 20. Although I was actually expecting this to happen, because I know it's on it's way out of here.
New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:
Black Eyed Peas/Saweetie/Lele Pons - Hit It: The best debut this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song and this is actually a step up from Girl Like Me. For my opinion, the production was so amazing and groovy, the Black Eyed Peas's vocals were super amazing, Saweetie's vocals were so much better than in her other songs in her verse, Lele's vocals were so heavenly in her contribution, those lyrics were super nicely-written, and that chorus was super phenomenal. Hopefully this should do amazing on there.
Doja Cat - Need To Know: I've noticed that this song has gone viral on TikTok lately and this has also been a Top 20 hit on the Hot 100, which was actually very interesting. As far as this song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as You Right, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Doja's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were very interesting, and that chorus was so phenomenal. Here's to hoping that it should become a hit on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Doja Cat/SZA - Kiss Me More: Well, it's almost out of the Top 5. But it really did had an amazing run in there. But I'm pretty sure this is definitely out of here next week.
4. Ed Sheeran - Bad Habits: I'm glad it's moving back up. Now, I'm really hoping that this song should be in the Top 3 within the next week or so.
3. Olivia Rodrigo - Deja Vu: It's about to be out of the Top 3. Though it did had a nice time in there, although this would've hit the top spot because of her, but not every song from a very popular artist has to be at the top spot. But yeah, I'm sure that next week it'll be out of here.
2. Olivia Rodrigo - Good 4 U: It dropped out of the top spot. But it sure did had a phenomenal run in there. But I'm sure this is going to be hanging around in the Top 3 for a little while longer.
1. The Kid Laroi/Justin Bieber - Stay: I'm super glad to see this song at the top spot. And he has finally had his first #1 song on there just like what it did on the weekend countdown. Now, let's see how long it could hold the spot.
