#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Ariana Grande - 34 + 35 (2 of 3 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm super pleased to see Tiesto/Ava Max - The Motto (+11) take the biggest jump into the Top 30. This really deserves it! Now, let's see if it'll go to the Top 20 soon.
I'm fine with Maneskin - Beggin (-5) taking the biggest drop because I know it is already on it's way out of here. And I'm sure this is going to be out of here within the next week or so.
New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:
The Walters - I Love You So: This song was actually released in 2014 which was actually surprising. That was 8 years late that this song has made it on there. But I gotta say, this is just a decent song. There isn't really anything here that's interesting to say about it. For my opinion, the production was a bit strange but the vocals were fine, though the chorus was just a few lines repeated multiple times and it's so annoying. But the lyrics were still very nicely-written, so I'll still give credit to that. But this is decent overall. Let's see how far this one should get.
Ed Sheeran/Taylor Swift - The Joker And The Queen: Although this is the Taylor remix of it, but this is still considered a collaboration. Wow, I know these two have been collaborated a lot. As far as the song goes, it's definitely amazing. As for my opinion, the production was so amazing, both Ed and Taylor sounded super amazing, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Hopefully it'll become a hit on there.
Saweetie/H.E.R. - Closer: The best debut this week. I feel like her music is starting to improve lately because this song is also amazing. But definitely not as good as The Chainsmokers's 2016 hit song with the same title, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Saweetie's verses were so phenomenal and she flows very nicely here, the lyrics were super amazing, and H.E.R.'s vocals in the chorus were super phenomenal. So yeah, overall it's amazing and fun. Let's see how this one does on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Doja Cat - Need To Know: Yeah, I'm sure this song is definitely leaving the Top 5 next week. But it sure did had a nice time there.
4. Glass Animals - Heat Waves: Well, it's out of the Top 3. And I'm sure that this song is probably gonna leave the Top 5 very soon because I know it's on it's way out of here.
3. Gayle - ABCDEFU: I'm so pleased to see this song in the Top 3. But I don't think it's ever going to be at the top spot, but we're gonna have to find out.
2. Lil Nas X - That's What I Want: It dropped out of the top spot. But it did had a nice time there last week even though it's just not that good of a song. Though I'm sure this is going to start dropping very soon.
1. Justin Bieber - Ghost: I'm so glad to see this song at the top spot. Gosh, this guy sure has been having a lot of #1 songs on there recently. Now, let's eee how long it could hold the spot.
