So we are now officially in the month of April and we're now in the second quarter of the year. Yes, I know time sure is flying by super fast. Anyway. As far as the countdown goes, I thought that it looks super interesting. We do have some more interesting debuts this week, and of course I'll get to them later on like I always do. But other than that, I don't have anything else to say here, so let's get to it! Before we get to this week's Fresh 30, here are the songs dropping out of the countdown this week.

I'm so pleased to see Latto - Big Energy (+11) in the Top 10. And it really deserves to take the biggest jump as well. Now, let's see if it'll be in the Top 5 soon.

I'm not too thrilled to see Gayle - ABCDEFU (-11) take the biggest drop while it's still currently doing so well on the pop radio charts. But I'm not sure if it'll move back up though.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Boy With Uke/Blackbear - IDGAF: He has finally made his first countdown appearance this week after Toxic became a Hit Bound dropout last year. But I gotta say, this is just a decent song. There isn't really anything interesting to say about it. Though the production was neat, but I'm not really huge on Boy With Uke's vocals here. He doesn't sound that good. Though Blackbear's vocals don't sound that bad in his verse and the chorus was just decent. But I still don't mind the lyrics here because I think they're still very interesting. But this is a decent song overall. Let's see how far this one should get on there.

Ed Sheeran - 2step: Since Overpass Graffiti did super phenomenal on there, this song has now made it's debut on there and skipping Hit Bound as well. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as Overpass Graffiti, but it's still amazing. As for my opinion, the production was so amazing and fun, Ed's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were super interesting, and I really enjoyed the chorus. But yeah, this is such an amazing and fun song overall. Hopefully it'll do amazing on there.

Jnr Choi/Sam Tompkins - To The Moon: I've actually found out that the album cover was actually a screenshot from an Elon Musk tweet, which was actually so funny. And now, they have now made their first countdown appearance this week and it skipped Hit Bound as well. As far as the song goes, it's definitely phenomenal and fun. With my opinion, the production was super amazing, Jnr Choi's vocals were so phenomenal, Sam's vocals were also so phenomenal in his contribution, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Let's see how this one does on there.

The Weeknd - Out Of Time: The best countdown debut this week. This is absolutely another phenomenal song and this is actually a step up from Sacrifice. As for my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Abel's vocals were super phenomenal, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was definitely what I fell in love with. Also, I'm sure Hits 1 edited the outro with Jim Carrey which I'm actually not okay with because I really love the outro in this. But this is still a phenomenal song overall. Hopefully this should do amazing on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Avril Lavigne/Blackbear - Love It When You Hate Me: I'm super pleased to see this song debut the Top 5 this week. But I'm not sure if it'll ever going to be in the Top 3, but we're gonna have to find out.

4. Tiesto/Ava Max - The Motto: I'm pleased this song is moving up. And I'm sure hoping that it should go to the Top 3 pretty soon.

3. Em Beihold - Numb Little Bug: I'm still waiting for this song to move up and get to the top spot. But again I'm not sure if this will ever happen.

2. Charlie Puth - Light Switch: I'm also still waiting for it to be at the top spot. But again sometimes when artists are no stranger to the top spot, not all songs from them have to go to the top spot.

1. Imagine Dragons/J.I.D. - Enemy: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there. And I'm sure this is probably gonna hang around at the top spot for a few more weeks longer mainly because it's them. Let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.

Harry Styles - As It Was: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. I've been hearing this song a lot on Alt Nation. As far as the song goes, it's definitely phenomenal. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Harry's vocals were super phenomenal, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and that chorus was so heavenly. So yeah, this is phenomenal overall. I'm really hoping that it should be on the countdown within the next week or so.

Surfaces - I Can't Help But Feel: This is just another decent song. But not as decent as Wave Of You, but it's still decent. There really isn't anything interesting to say about it. Though the production here was still solid, but again this guy's vocals do not sound good at all. He's just not a good singer in my opinion. But the lyrics were still fine and the chorus was decent. So yeah, this is such a decent song overall. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Shawn Mendes - When You're Gone: We have now picked up a new song from him after It'll Be Okay became a Hit Bound dropout. As far as the song goes, it's absolutely another amazing song and this is actually a step up from It'll Be Okay. With my opinion on this song, the production was so amazing, Shawn's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were super nicely-written and they're definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so phenomenal. I'm really hoping that it should be on the countdown soon.
