#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
The Kid Laroi/Justin Bieber - Stay (1 of 11 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm so pleased about Jax - Victoria's Secret (+6) taking the biggest jump. This really deserves it! What a week it has been for her. And I'm sure hoping it should be in the Top 20 soon.
I'm fine with Lil Nas X - That's What I Want (-4) taking a short biggest drop. But I do know it's now officially on it's way out of here so I'm sure it's going to leave here very soon.
New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:
Sia - Unstoppable: What I've noticed about this song is that it was actually released in 2016, which was 6 years late that it made it on there. Gosh, has this song been trending on TikTok or something? As far as the song goes, it's actually a phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was super amazing, Sia's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were so remarkable, and the chorus was definitely what I stand for. Let's see how this one does on there.
Elton John/Britney Spears - Hold Me Closer: The best debut this week. And of course it's been a while since Britney last appeared on there. As for this new song, it's also a phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Cold Heart, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion, the production was super phenomenal, I really love the robotic vocals that we have from Elton and Britney's vocals were super phenomenal as well, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a humongous fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should do well on there.
Nicki Minaj - Super Freaky Girl: She has made her return on there after years off of making new music. As far as the song goes, it's such another phenomenal song. And with my opinion on this one, the production was so phenomenal and very groovy, Nicki's vocals were super phenomenal especially in the verses, those lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. I'm sure hoping that this should become a hit on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Post Malone/Doja Cat - I Like You (A Happier Song): It debuted the Top 5 this week. I'm fine with this song in there, because it's just a decent song. Now, let's see if it'll be in the Top 3 soon.
4. Lizzo - About Damn Time: I actually did not expect this song to leave the Top 3, but at least it's still in the Top 5 which was always a good thing.
3. Harry Styles - As It Was: I also did not expect this song to come back to the Top 3, but I'm still good with it back in there. But it might be back out of here next week.
2. Nicky Youre/Dazy - Sunroof: Yeah I'm sure this song is probably gonna hang around in the Top 3 for a little bit longer and then it'll start being on it's way out of here. Let's see how long it'll take for it to stay in there.
1. Harry Styles - Late Night Talking: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there. And yes, I'm sure this is going to stay in there for a few more weeks longer because we all know it's him. Let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.
