So the month of October is now upon us, and that means things are starting to get spooky and scary. And we are also in the last quarter of the year as well. Gosh, time sure does fly by so fast. #1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

The Kid Laroi/Justin Bieber - Stay (4 of 6 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

I'm so pleased to see Ava Max - Million Dollar Baby (+12) take the biggest jump. And it's almost in the Top 10 so hopefully it'll be in there next week.

I'm not too thrilled about Nicki Minaj - Super Freaky Girl (-7) taking the biggest drop. This shouldn't be losing airplay! But hopefully it'll come back up very soon.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Lil Nas X - Star Walkin': This song is actually taken from League Of Legends, which I think it's an amazing show. But I gotta say, this is just a decent song. There really isn't anything interesting to say about it. He's still not a good artist. His vocals still don't sound good here and the chorus was decent, but the production was still so outstanding here and I still don't mind the lyrics, because they're still so nice. But this is decent overall. Let's see how this one does on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Harry Styles - Music For A Sushi Restaurant: No, this does not deserve to drop! This better be back in the Top 3 within the next week or so. We know who he is, so hopefully it'll happen.

4. Post Malone/Doja Cat - I Like You (A Happier Song): Again I'm fine with it still standing at this spot, but I don't think it's ever going to hit the Top 3 on there though.

3. OneRepublic - I Ain't Worried: I'm super pleased to see this song in the Top 3. This totally deserves to be in there! And I'm really hoping that it should be in the top spot very soon. I know Apologize, Counting Stars and Love Runs Out have all hit the top spot on there, so can this be their 4th #1 song on there? We're gonna have to find out. But I'm not sure if it's actually going to happen though, but hopefully it'll be in there soon.

2. Lizzo - 2 Be Loved (Am I Ready): I'm still waiting for this song to be at the top spot, but again I'm not sure if it'll actually be in there, but we're gonna have to find out.

1. Charlie Puth/Jung Kook - Left And Right: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there. And I'm sure this is probably gonna stay in there for a couple more weeks longer at the very least. Let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.

Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:

1. Omar Apollo - Evergreen (You Didn't Deserve Me At All)

2. Shawn Mendes - Heartbeat (DEBUT)

3. Tai Verdes - Two Sugars

4. Tate McRae - Uh Oh (DEBUT)

5. 24kgoldn - Mistakes (DEBUT)

6. Havanna Winter - Heaven To Me

7. Ed Sheeran - Celestial (DEBUT)

8. Leah Kate - Monster (DEBUT)

9. Quinn XCII/Big Sean - Common

10. 5 Seconds Of Summer - Best Friends

11. Aidan Bissett - Tripping Over Air

12. Kelsea Ballerini - Heartfirst

13. Mike Posner - I'm Not Dead Yet

14. Cheat Codes/Russell Dickerson - I Remember

15. DJ Khaled/Drake/Lil Baby - Staying Alive

16. Beach Weather - Sex, Drugs, Etc.

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Shawn Mendes - Heartbeat: I feel like this song is actually taken from some soundtrack or something. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another amazing song and it's actually a step up from When You're Gone. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Shawn's vocals were super amazing, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was so phenomenal. I'm really hoping that it should be on the countdown very soon.

Tate McRae - Uh Oh: So she has put out a new song last week, which is going to be in the deluxe version of her album I'm pretty sure. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from What Would You Do. As for my opinion, the production was super amazing, Tate's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Though I'm not sure if it's going to be on the countdown, but let's see if it does soon.

24kgoldn - Mistakes: I really have no idea what's going on with this song, but my gosh this song is so awful. He is not the kind of artist that would sound good in an acoustic ballad. And of course he's also not a good artist either. For my opinion, the production was so awful, Goldn's vocals were terrible, the lyrics don't make any sense at all, and the chorus was absolutely garbage. Please don't let this song be on the countdown.

Ed Sheeran - Celestial: This is absolutely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from 2step. And the song also has some EDM vibes to it which was amazing. With my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Ed's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was super phenomenal and I really fell in love with it. I'm really hoping that it should be on the countdown very soon.

Leah Kate - Monster: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This is absolutely another phenomenal song and this is actually a step up from Life Sux. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Leah's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly especially when she says "watch me turn into a monster". Hopefully this should make the countdown soon.
