AT40: David Guetta (2) Week Of February 11, 2023
So the Super Bowl is this weekend. I'm really looking forward to watching it! The Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles are going to be playing in it this time. I'm pulling for the Eagles to win this one since they have the best record this season. And I'm also looking forward to Rihanna's halftime performance as well. Hopefully she does an amazing job on it! I'm also hoping that she should perform some of her old songs as well. Hopefully it'll be amazing! Anyway. As far as the countdown goes, I thought that it still looks super heavenly because of our #1 song, but we also picked up another piece of trash on there, which isn't that exciting. But I'm gonna get to it later on in this post. But other than that, I don't have anything else to say here, so let's get to it! Before we get to this week's Fresh 40, here are the songs dropping out of the countdown this week.

#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Doja Cat - Need To Know (1st and only week at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
SZA - Nobody Gets Me (+9) sure has been gaining lots of airplay on the pop radio charts this week. And I'm so pleased to see it take the biggest jump. Now, let's see if it'll be in the Top 20 next week.
Nicky Youre/Dazy - Sunroof and Lil Nas X - Star Walkin' (-6) were tied for the biggest drop this week. Although I wasn't that thrilled to see the first one do it, but I'm actually okay with the other one.
New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:
Coi Leray - Players: There's actually two versions of this song. The one that they picked up is the original one, and the other is the DJ Smallz 732 remix which Hits 1 has picked up. Though I could say that I like this version better than the remix version. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Coi's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see how far this one should get on there.
Sabrina Carpenter - Nonsense: The best debut this week. It's actually been a while since she last appeared on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Fast Times, but it's still phenomenal. For my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Sabrina's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Let's see how this one does on there.
Tyga/Jhene Aiko/Pop Smoke - Sunshine: I really have no idea what's going on with this song, but my gosh this is such another garbage song. I'm not sure why they would keep picking up rap music, because you know it is not my kind of genre. With my opinion on this song, the production was not good, Tyga's vocals were so awful, Jhene Aiko's vocals were also awful in his contribution, I'm not really huge on the lyrics, and the chorus was absolutely garbage. Although I could say that Pop Smoke's vocals don't sound that bad here, so I'll give credit to him. But this is still a garbage song overall. This could end up in my Bottom 10 Songs of the year just to let you know. Hopefully this doesn't do too well on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Meghan Trainor - Made You Look: It debuted the Top 5 this week. I'm so pleased to see it in there. Although I actually did not expect it to be in there, but it has managed to do it. Now, let's see if it'll go to the Top 3 soon.
4. Taylor Swift - Anti-Hero: It dropped out of the Top 3. But it still had a phenomenal run on there. I wish it would actually be in there for longer, but I'm sure it might be out of here soon.
3. The Weeknd - Die For You: Finally it's about time for this song to be in the Top 3. I'm so pleased to see this song in the Top 3. But I'm not sure if it'll actually be in the top spot, but let's see if it does soon.
2. Sam Smith/Kim Petras - Unholy: Yeah I'm sure this song is going to stay in the Top 3 for a little while longer at the very least because of how well it did on there. Let's see how long it'll remain in there.
1. David Guetta/Bebe Rexha - I'm Good (Blue): Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm super pleased that it's still in there. And yes, I'd like it to stay in there for a few more weeks longer. Let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.
