#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Harry Styles - As It Was (4 of 8 weeks at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

Fifty Fifty - Cupid (+9) has been gaining lots of airplay this week on there. What a week it has been for those girls! And I'm sure hoping it should go to the Top 10 soon.

I'm not too thrilled to see Kane Brown/Katelyn Brown - Thank God (-10) take the biggest drop, but it has been losing some airplay recently so I'm sure it's going to be out of here soon.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Dua Lipa - Dance The Night: The best countdown debut this week. And this was actually one of the songs that was from the soundtrack of the new upcoming Barbie movie, which I'm really looking forward to seeing in theaters when it comes out. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal and fun song. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Dua's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was super heavenly and super fun. Hopefully this should become a hit on there.

Lauren Spencer-Smith - That Part: She finally made her return on there after Best Friend Breakup and Fantasy both dropped out of Hit Bound. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's actually a little bit of a step up from Fantasy. With my opinion on this one, the production was so phenomenal, Lauren's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this one gets on there.

Icandy - Keep Dat: I've actually found her yet to be another talented rapper after giving this song a first listen. And now, here she is making her first ever countdown appearance on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. With my opinion, the production was super amazing, Icandy's rapping was so phenomenal and she flows very nicely throughout the whole song, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Hopefully this should do well on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Post Malone - Chemical: Oh no... we don't need this song to be in the Top 5. This does not deserve to be in there! Come on, please don't let this be at the top spot.

4. Ed Sheeran - Eyes Closed: I'm still waiting for this song to come back to the Top 3. But I'm sure hoping that it should be back up very soon.

3. Jonas Brothers - Waffle House: Yeah I'm not sure if this song is actually going to hit the top spot. But maybe it might drop out of the Top 3 sometime soon.

2. Taylor Swift/Ice Spice - Karma: It's almost at the top spot! And yes, Hits 1 actually switched to the version with Ice Spice in it. I actually thought Ice Spice sounds super phenomenal in her verse. But in the meantime, hopefully this should go to the top spot within the next week or so.

1. Fall Out Boy - Love From The Other Side: Holding the top spot for the 3rd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there again. Although I'm sure another song might take over the top spot next week, but let's see if it'll stay in there or not.

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

The Weeknd/Playboi Carti/Madonna - Popular: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This is absolutely a heavenly song and it's definitely a step up from Double Fantasy. With my opinion on this song, the production was so heavenly, Abel's vocals were super heavenly, Madonna's vocals in the second verse were extremely heavenly and she actually sounds the best here, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a humongous fan of, the chorus was extremely heavenly, and Playboi Carti's rapping in his verse was actually super heavenly and he actually sounds way better than in his other songs. This is definitely going to end up in my Top 10 Songs of the year when it makes the countdown. Hopefully this should make the countdown soon.

Ed Sheeran - A Beautiful Game: Since Eyes Closed hit the Top 5 on the countdown, we now have this song making it's debut on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Eyes Closed. With my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Ed's vocals were so phenomenal, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was super amazing. Hopefully this should be on the countdown soon.

Crash Adams - Lucky: This is absolutely another amazing song. But definitely not as good as Give Me A Kiss, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, the vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and the chorus was so phenomenal. And I'm sure this song is going to be on the countdown when Give Me A Kiss hits the Top 5 or something. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Towa Bird - Wild Heart: Wow, we have an artist from Hong Kong making her debut on there? That's super interesting. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Towa's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was so heavenly. Although I'm not sure if it'll actually be on the countdown since she's new, but let's see if it does soon.

The Chainsmokers/Bludnymph - Self-Destruction Mode: This is absolutely another phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, both Andrew and Bludnymph sound super phenomenal and they actually have great chemistry here, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus and drop both sound so heavenly. I'm sure hoping that this should be on the countdown soon. Although I'm not sure if it'll actually do it, but hopefully it does.
