So we are now officially in the month of May, and now I only have one more month left of my second year of college. Gosh, time sure is flying by so fast. #1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Imagine Dragons/J.I.D. - Enemy (6th and final week at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

I'm so pleased to see Taylor Swift - Karma (+22) take a humongous biggest jump into the Top 10 this week. It totally deserves it! And I'm sure hoping it should go to the Top 5 next week.

I'm not too thrilled about Jax - Cinderella Snapped and Morgan Wallen - Last Night (-6) being tied for the biggest drop. They do not deserve to take it! But I'm sure they'll move back soon.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Melanie Martinez - Void: This is actually her first countdown appearance this week. I've been listening to one of her other songs before this one, and I thought they were so amazing. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. With my opinion on this one, the production was so phenomenal, Melanie's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this gets on there.

David Guetta/Anne-Marie/Coi Leray - Baby Don't Hurt Me: The best countdown debut this week. So those two collaborated again after Don't Leave Me Alone back in 2018, and that was a song that I really enjoyed back then. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a heavenly EDM song and it's actually a step up from Don't Leave Me Alone. And this was actually the second time he sampled an old hit song, this time it's What Is Love from Haddaway. Gosh, I feel like he really loves sampling old songs in his music. With my opinion on this song, the production was so heavenly, Anne-Marie's vocals were super heavenly, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a humongous fan of, and the chorus was extremely heavenly. This is definitely going to end up in my Top 10 Songs of the year. Hopefully this should become a hit on there.

ILLENIUM/Travis Barker/Avril Lavigne - Eyes Wide Shut: He has finally made his return on the countdown after 2 years when First Time was there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from First Time. And it actually sounds more like a Travis Barker song than an ILLENIUM song production-wise. But the production was actually so phenomenal here and Avril's vocals were super phenomenal. And the lyrics were super interesting and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this one gets on there.

SZA - Snooze: Since Nobody Gets Me left the countdown, this song has made it's debut straight onto there replacing it. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Kill Bill, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, SZA's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should do well on there.

Fifty Fifty - Cupid: We have another K-Pop girl group band making their first countdown appearance this week, which was actually so amazing. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, these girls all sound super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this one should get on there.

Niall Horan - Meltdown: Since Heaven hit the top spot on there this week, we now have this song making it's debut on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another amazing song and it's actually a step up from Heaven. With my opinion on this one, the production was so amazing, Niall's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were so interesting, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Hopefully this should do well on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Tiesto/Tate McRae - 10:35: It dropped out of the top spot. But it still had a phenomenal run in there. But I'm sure this is going to leave the Top 5 very soon.

4. Fall Out Boy - Love From The Other Side: I'm so pleased to see this song debut the Top 5 this week. And I'm sure hoping that it should go to the Top 3 very soon.

3. Sabrina Carpenter - Nonsense: Wow, I totally did not expect this song to be in the Top 3, but I'm so pleased to see that. But I'm sure this is definitely not going to be at the top spot, but let's see what happens next.

2. Latto/Lu Kala - Lottery: Well it's almost at the top spot, but again I'm sure it's never going to be in there. But I'd still like it to stay in the Top 3.

1. Niall Horan - Heaven: I'm so pleased to see this song at the top spot. This is now his first #1 song after 3 years, so that's so nice to see that. Now, let's see how long it could hold the spot.

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Ed Sheeran - Life Goes On: So he has put out a new album called - (Subtract) last week, and this was one of the songs that was off of the album. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as Eyes Closed or Oliver Tree's song from 2021 with the same title, but it's still amazing. As for my opinion, the production was so amazing, Ed's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were very nicely-written, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Icandy - Keep Dat: I've actually found her yet to be another talented rapper after giving this song a first listen. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. With my opinion, the production was super amazing, Icandy's rapping was so phenomenal and she flows very nicely throughout the song, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was super phenomenal. Let's see if this should make the countdown soon.

Ice Spice/Nicki Minaj - Princess Diana: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This is absolutely another phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Ice Spice's vocals were super phenomenal and I really like her flow, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, the chorus was so heavenly, and Nicki's rapping in her verse was super phenomenal. I'm really hoping that this should be on the countdown soon.
