#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:

Charlie Puth/Jung Kook - Left And Right (4th and final week at #1)

This Week's Mover and Shaker:

I'm so pleased to see Tate McRae - Greedy (+14) take the biggest jump to the Top 10. This really deserves to be in there! Now, let's see if it'll be in the Top 5 soon.

I'm not really that thrilled about Charli XCX - Speed Drive (-11) taking the biggest drop. This does not deserve it! But I'm sure it's going to be the end of it.

New Song/s on the countdown this week are:

Ed Sheeran - American Town: So he has put out his 2nd album of the year, and this was one of the songs that was off of the album. And what I've also noticed about this song is that it was actually produced by Aaron Dessner, which was super interesting. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Eyes Closed. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Ed's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was pretty heavenly. Hopefully this should become a hit on there.

Jelly Roll - Need A Favor: The best countdown debut this week. He has finally made his first countdown appearance on there this week. And of course I've been hearing this song a lot on The Highway. And I've also noticed that his other single Save Me with Lainey Wilson is doing well on the country radio charts recently. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's definitely a step up from Son Of A Sinner. But definitely not as good as Save Me, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, his vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how this one does on there.

My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:

5. Doechii - What It Is (Block Boy): I actually expected this song to leave the Top 3. But I do have a feeling that it's definitely going to be out of the Top 5 very soon.

4. Olivia Rodrigo - Bad Idea Right?: I'm still waiting for this song to get to the Top 3. But I'm sure that it'll do it next week.

3. Taylor Swift - Cruel Summer: Well I actually didn't expect this song to drop, but I sure would like to see this song stay in the Top 3 for a few more weeks longer and then be out of here.

2. The Weeknd/Playboi Carti/Madonna - Popular: It's almost at the top spot! I'm super pleased to see this song at this spot. It deserves it! Now, hopefully this song should be at the top spot soon.

1. Miley Cyrus - Used To Be Young: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there, but I'm sure that another song might take over the top spot within the next week or so, but let's see if it'll stay in there or not.

New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:

Jason Derulo/Meghan Trainor - Hands On Me: What I've noticed about this song is that it actually samples Ben E. King's 1961 hit song Stand By Me, which was super interesting. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Jason's vocals were super phenomenal, Meghan's vocals were so heavenly in her contribution, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should be on the countdown soon.

Jenna Raine - It Is What It Is: I actually know her before this song because I've heard some of her other songs and I've found out that she's yet to be another talented singer which was amazing. And now, here she is making her first appearance on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song. With my opinion on this one, the production was so phenomenal, Jenna's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super nicely-written, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Claire Rosinkranz - Swinging At The Stars: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This is absolutely another phenomenal and fun song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Claire's vocals were super phenomenal, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was so heavenly and super fun. But I'm sure this might drop out of Hit Bound because it's her. She's been having a lot of Hit Bound dropouts recently. But let's see if this should be her first countdown appearance on there.

LANY - XXL: I've actually heard of this duo before this song because I've also heard some of their songs and I thought they were amazing. And now, they finally have their first ever appearance on there this week. As far as the song goes, it's absolutely another phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, the vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Troye Sivan - Got Me Started: After Rush dropped out of Hit Bound a couple months ago, we now have this song making it's debut on there. As far as the song goes, it's definitely an amazing song. But definitely not as good as Rush, but it's still amazing. With my opinion, the production was so amazing, Troye's vocals were super amazing, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see if it'll be on the countdown soon.

Ice Spice/Rema - Pretty Girl: So she has put out a new single yesterday, and now here it is on there. As far as the song goes, it's absolutely another phenomenal song. With my opinion on this one, the production was super amazing, Ice Spice's rapping in the verses was so phenomenal, the lyrics were so nicely-written, and Rema's vocals in the chorus was so phenomenal. Let's see if this should be on the countdown soon.
