#1 Song This Week One Year Ago:
Miley Cyrus - Flowers (2 of 9 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm so pleased about Benson Boone - Beautiful Things (+8) gaining some airplay throughout this week. What an amazing week it has been for him! Now, hopefully it'll go to the Top 20 within the next week or so.
Olivia Rodrigo - Get Him Back! (-5) has taken the biggest drop which I wasn't too thrilled to see. But at least it's still in the Top 20, so that's still a good thing. But I'm sure it's about to be on it's way out of here.
New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:
Eliza Rose/Calvin Harris - Body Moving: I actually remember her from a couple years ago when she had her song BOTA that never made it on there at the time. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from BOTA. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Eliza's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were so interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this one should get on there.
Jelly Roll/Lainey Wilson - Save Me: The best debut this week. And of course I've been hearing this song a lot on The Highway when it was a hit last summer. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's definitely a step up from Need A Favor. With my opinion on it, the production was so phenomenal, Jelly Roll's vocals were super phenomenal, Lainey's vocals were so heavenly in her contribution, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and the chorus was super heavenly. Hopefully this should do well on there.
Beyonce - Texas Hold 'Em: So she has just put out a country album and now we have her first country song on there this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song and it's definitely a step up from Cuff It. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Beyonce's vocals were super phenomenal, the lyrics were so interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this goes on there.
The Weeknd/Jennie/Lily Rose Depp - One Of The Girls: After their TV Series The Idol failed to get renewed for a second season, we've now picked up a song from that soundtrack, which was this song. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song. But definitely not as good as Popular, but it's still phenomenal. With my opinion, the production was so phenomenal, Abel's vocals were super phenomenal, both Jennie and Lily's vocals both sound so heavenly in their contributions, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how this one does on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Dua Lipa - Houdini: I'm so pleased to see this song debut the Top 5 this week. It totally deserves to be in there! Now, let's see if it'll move up and go to the Top 3 very soon.
4. Tate McRae - Greedy: I actually didn't expect this song to be out of the Top 3, but I'm sure this is about to be on it's way out of here.
3. Taylor Swift - Is It Over Now: I'm so pleased to see this song in the Top 3. And I'm sure this is going to be at the top spot very soon. Hopefully it does.
2. Jack Harlow - Lovin On Me: I'm glad that it's still in the Top 3, but again I'm sure this is going to be out of here sometime soon. But let's see what happens next.
1. Doja Cat - Agora Hills: Holding the top spot for the 2nd week in a row. I'm so pleased that it's still in there. Nothing can really stop her on this countdown. Now, let's see if it'll stay in there next week or not.
