Lady Gaga (1) Week Of November 30, 2024
Again I really hope everyone's been having a great Thanksgiving on Thursday because I really do, I thought the food was amazing and the football games were fun to watch that day. Anyway. As far as the countdown goes, I thought that it looks so interesting. We do have another brand new #1 song on there which was always a nice thing, and we also have some more interesting stuff that happened on there this week. But like always, I'm gonna get to them later on in this post. But other than that, I don't have anything else to say here, so let's get to it! Tate McRae - Greedy (7 of 11 weeks at #1)
This Week's Mover and Shaker:
I'm so glad to see Khalid - Heatstroke (+12) take the biggest jump to the Top 10 this week. What a week it has been for him! This deserves to take it! Now, let's see if it'll go to the Top 5 soon.
I'm not too thrilled about KATSEYE - Touch (-7) taking the biggest drop to the bottom spot. This does not deserve it! But I'm sure it's going to be out of here very soon.
New Song/s on the countdown this week are:
Jack Harlow - Hello Miss Johnson: He hasn't been releasing any music since Lovin On Me last year. And now he has made his return on there this week. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Lovin On Me. With my opinion, the jazz style production was so phenomenal, Jack's vocals were super phenomenal especially in his flow, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this goes on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Chappell Roan - Hot To Go!: I'm still pleased that it's still in the Top 5, but again I'm sure it's going to be out of here soon. It's probably going to be it's last week in there.
4. Myles Smith - Stargazing: Yeah I'm sure this is never going to the Top 3. But maybe it might stay in the Top 5 for at least a couple more weeks or so. Let's see what happens next.
3. Billie Eilish - Birds Of A Feather: I'm fine with this song moving down, but I'm sure this might be out of the Top 3 sometime soon. But it still had an amazing run on there, so I'll still give credit to that.
2. Sabrina Carpenter - Taste: It dropped out of the top spot again. But it still had yet another amazing run on there for a couple weeks. Though I'd like it to stay in the Top 3 for at least a few more weeks or so.
1. Lady Gaga/Bruno Mars - Die With A Smile: I'm so pleased to see this song at the top spot. And this was actually her first ever #1 song on there since Born This Way back in 2011, which was actually super interesting. It is so amazing to see her back at the top spot after 13 years. Gosh, I've actually been waiting for her to come back in there, and now it finally happened. Now, let's see how long it'll hold the spot.
Now, let's review this week's Hit Bound:
1. Myles Smith - Nice To Meet You
2. Rose - Number One Girl

13. Jack Harlow - Hello Miss Johnson
14. Balu Brigada - So Cold
15. Meg Donnelly - In My Bag
16. The Marias - No One Noticed
New Song/s on Hit Bound this week are:
Kendrick Lamar/SZA - Luther: The best Hit Bound entrant this week. This was actually the second time that those two collaborated because the last time they collaborated was All The Stars from the Black Panther soundtrack back in 2018. And of course in case you remember, All The Stars was in my Top 10 Songs of 2018, landing at #3 on that list. As far as this new song goes, it's definitely another heavenly song. But definitely not as good as All The Stars, but it's still heavenly. With my opinion on this song, the production was so heavenly, both Kendrick and SZA sound super heavenly, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a humongous fan of, and the chorus was super heavenly. This could end up in my Top 10 Songs of next year when it makes the countdown and if it's still on there in the beginning of the year. Hopefully it will make it in there soon.
Cynthia Erivo/Ariana Grande - Defying Gravity: We now have another song from Wicked on there replacing Popular since it seemed to get a radio push while this one hasn't yet. As far as the song goes, it's definitely another phenomenal song and it's actually a step up from Popular. With my opinion on it, the production was so phenomenal, both Cynthia and Ariana sound super phenomenal, the lyrics were super interesting, and the chorus was so heavenly. Hopefully this should make the countdown soon.
