This Week's Mover and Shaker:
For the second week in a row, Lady Gaga - Abracadabra (+8) took the biggest jumps and now it's in the Top 20 which I'm pleased to see. It really deserves it! Now, hopefully it'll go to the Top 10 soon.
LISA - Moonlit Floor (-14) sure has been losing lots of airplay recently. I'm not really too thrilled to see it take the biggest drop, but I'm sure it's going to be out of here very soon.
New Song/s on the AT40 this week are:
Pitbull/Bon Jovi - Now Or Never: The best debut this week. And what I've noticed about this song is that it actually samples Bon Jovi's own hit song It's My Life from 2000, which I think is so interesting. As far as the song goes, it's absolutely a phenomenal song. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Pitbull's rapping was super incredible, I'm definitely a huge fan of the lyrics, and Jon Bon Jovi's vocals in the chorus and the samples were so heavenly. Hopefully this should become a hit on there.
Selena Gomez/Benny Blanco/Gracie Abrams - Call Me When You Break Up: So I've heard that those two got engaged, and now they decided to make a collab album. And of course they picked up this song instead of the horrible Scared Of Loving You because this was actually the single. As far as the song goes, it's definitely a phenomenal song and it's definitely a humongous step up from Scared Of Loving You. With my opinion on this song, the production was so phenomenal, Selena's vocals were super phenomenal, Gracie's vocals were super incredible in her contribution, the lyrics were definitely what I'm a huge fan of, and the chorus was so heavenly. Let's see how far this goes on there.
My Opinions/My Thoughts On The Top 5:
5. Sabrina Carpenter - Taste: Well I actually didn't expect this song to still be in there, but I'm sure this is definitely going to end up being it's last week in there. I know it's been in there for a while, but it still had a nice long run in there.
4. Sabrina Carpenter - Bed Chem: Come on, this can't be standing at this spot. I really would like to see this song in the Top 3 because we all know who she is. But hopefully it'll be in there next week.
3. Gracie Abrams - That's So True: I'm still waiting for this song to move up and get to the top spot. But again I don't think it's actually going to happen, but I'm sure hoping that it will soon.
2. Rose/Bruno Mars - APT.: It dropped out of the top spot. But it still had an incredible run in there. Though I'd like it to stay in the Top 3 for at least a few more weeks and then be out of here. But let's see what happens next.
1. Lady Gaga/Bruno Mars - Die With A Smile: I totally didn't expect this song to come back to the top spot, but I'm somehow glad to see it happen. Gosh, this song really doesn't want to leave the Top 3, but I know it's been in there for quite a long time so I'm sure it's going to be out of here very soon. But in the meantime, let's see how long it'll hold the spot in it's second run in there.
